An open floor plan is perfect for gathering and entertaining and never having to miss out on a conversation or fun. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, spacious granite countertops, basic pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for all of your culinary needs. Adjacent is the dining table with seating for four to enjoy meals or play a friendly game of cards. There is additional seating for two at the bar. The living room is comprised of an oversized couch with plush pillows, a matching armchair, and two ottomans, made for relaxing and watching the large TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Sip your morning coffee or evening beverage on the back patio. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a Queen bed, nightstands, closet, and desk for working remotely or for distance learning assignments. The hallway bath has a large granite countertop, sink, and tub/shower. The master bedroom (BR2) includes a King bed, nightstands, and a closet. The ensuite bathroom has a separate vanity area from the large tile shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly behind a door at the end of the hallway. This area also has access to the master bathroom. The shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area are just across the parking lot from the front door. There is boat parking right next to the building in which this unit is located.
