Great living area with a big king and queen foam beds!

Great place & location! It feels central to most attractions; easy access to parking too. It's neat and clean. It snowed, they had someone stop by to salt the walk way. That was SO helpful! (We've been to places that haven't been as helpful)We would recommend and we would book again. Communication is also great; very helpful all throughout our stay.

Enjoyed our stay. We were in town to watch our grandkids compete in the state swim meet. Well within walking distance. Very convenient. Clean, comfortable older apartment. Would book again.

Very clean and excellent service

A co-worker and I stayed here for five weeks. The owner is very cordial and helpful anytime. The supplies to live with for over a month were sufficient, and any request was fulfilled that day. Just a 4-minute walk to Sanford and convenient to everything else in Sioux Falls. I plan to stay here again soon.

Excellent stay!

I would highly recommend this property. The communication with the owner was excellent throughout our entire stay. The property was very clean and nicely decorated and the location for us was very good. The check in process was very easy and the host was very accommodating with our early check in request do to having to get ready for a wedding. Two restaurants are with in easy walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book here!

The Apt is really well done. Its very clean and equipped with everything you need. I had a week stay with Doctors appointments and procedures. It was quiet, and conveniently located. The property manager was very communicative. I will absolutely stay again.

1st experience

This was our 1st vrbo experience, and it surpassed our expectations. Our accommodations were neat, clean, very welcoming. I appreciated the extra touches that they had holiday decor around as we used this as our gathering place for our family Christmas. Our host was super friendly and nade sure all of our needs were met. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Rubin for making this 1st experience a great experience.

Christmas 2022

The place was great. Super clean and well stocked with all the cooking pans and utensils I needed to pull off several Christmas meals. We were close to church and the hospitals. They had a small Christmas tree decorated for us to feel right at home. In the morning, the snow was shoveled from the walk way. We will stay again if the need arises.

Excellent experience

I have stayed in many different VRBO properties and I must say that the cleanliness of this property was top notch. They provided everything you could want and the communication with the host was the best I have had. I would definitely use this property again. The only thing I would say is that being a second floor unit, the stairs would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. It was not so in our case. Thank you to our hosts-we enjoyed our stay!
