Charming 2+ bedroom house in walking distance from Sanford, Augi, & U of S.F.

Charming 2 plus bedroom home located in a quiet neighborhood in central Sioux Falls. Fully fenced back yard for your pup. This home is located within walking distance from Sanford Medical Center, Augustana University and the University of Sioux Falls. Additionally, the Denny Sanford Premier Center, the Sioux Falls Convention Center, Downtown Sioux Falls, Falls Park, the Great Plains Zoo and the Empire Mall are all within 2.3 miles from our home.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a king bed with electrical outlets and USB charging ports located in the headboard. It has a 42 inch TV and a dresser.

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with electrical outlets and USB charging ports located in the headboard and also has a 42 inch TV.

A couch in the living room turns into a sleeper sofa. There is a also 65 inch TV and dining table for four present in this space.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, flat top stove with oven, toaster, coffee pot, coffee grounds, coffee filters, pots, pans, cluttery, basic cooking utensils and salt and pepper.

There is a dishwasher and clothes washer and dryer in the home and we do stock the home with a few laundry and dish pods for your convenience. Wi-Fi is available and TV's in the home are Smart or equipped with a Roku devices. Off street parking for four cars is available.

Sioux Falls is a great place to explore but if you decide to stay in, we do offer some games and books for your entertainment.

In August 2025, we will be planting new grass. Please pardon the shape of the lawn, we are trying to make improvements for our guests.

The home was warm, wonderful, and the hosts were great with communication as we drove in ahead of a snow storm. The backyard is fenced well so we were able to let our little dog run. We felt safe, comfortable, and content.

This was a nice, basic vrbo. The neighborhood is great and it was clean and comfy. We like to cook so we wished for more kitchen storage and some upgraded pans etc but otherwise were happy. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating!

The home was perfect! It was very clean, a quiet neighborhood and relaxing. The host was very accommodating. He answered our message promptly and let us check in early. We will most definitely stay again! We had never been to the area before. We had a very nice time in Sioux Falls and would like to return again and stay in the same place!!

Clean little cottage, it was perfect for my husband and I. Cute little backyard, had a small patio with gas grill and a few chairs. The neighborhood were all "Little "Pink Houses for you and me". Back in the days when things were much simpler! Could use more dinner plates and larger bowls with lids for making salads, etc.

Arriving at this peaceful comfortable house after a long travel day was perfect. I loved how quiet and safe it was, the amenities, everything was ideal. A perfect rental experience, can highly recommend, especially if you like the peace and quiet.
