About this space
Newly built CLEAN house, corner lot with a huge fenced-in backyard. We have a grill on the back porch as well as seating. A very SAFE neighborhood, 10-15 min from downtown & the airport. Close to shopping, parks, and a large baseball diamond. When we say ENTIRE we mean it. 2 bedrooms, master bedroom and second bedroom has Queen Beds. Master has an attached full bath. There is a common full bath for the second bedroom in the hallway. There is a walk-in closet in master. Living room has two leather couches and a coffee table, accompanied by 65 inch smart TV. Kitchen is available with ALL needed cookware and utensils.
The space
ENTIRE house with tall ceilings throughout. The home is occupied by you only, you will NOT be sharing it with anyone. The basement is unfinished. Family-friendly location, very quiet. Walmart, Target and other shopping located 5 minutes up the road.
Guest access

No other guests allowed that aren't on the booking.
Other things to note
House Rules
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES.
- ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS
- NO GUESTS BEYOND THE ONES THAT WE HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF.
- No Smoking.
- No pets -- we maintain a hypoallergenic environment for all guests.

Kitchen:
- All necessary pots and pans are provided.
- Serving dishes for 8 people is provided.
- Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods are provided.
- Dishwasher, garbage disposal, full fridge, and stove are ready for your use.

Checkout:
- Is by 11 noon ---- so sleep in.
- Please close all windows and doors and lock them.
- Dispose of all perishables when you leave.
- Please put garbage in garbage containers beside the garage.
- Please Roll garbage bins to the curb.
- Close the front door fully before hitting the lock button on the automatic lock.
- Put all used dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Please put in a load of towels/Linen and start it. It greatly reduces our turnover time.

Wifi/Entertainment:
- High-speed internet with wifi is provided.
- A 65 inch smart TV in the family room with 32 inch TV in master (both Roku)
- Board games for family are also provided.

Other Things:
- Washer Dryer is in basement.
- Additional beddings and towels are in the master closet.

Very clean place. Only notable thing is the furniture. As stated in other reviews, the pictured furniture is not what is there in the kitchen/living room. Its not high end quality but served its purpose. Overall a nice place to stay especially close access to the nearby softball complex.

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood

This house was clean and met our needs as home base for a small group of our extended family to stay in Sioux Falls for a weekend event. Although the main floor was not huge, the open concept living-dining-kitchen area was great for visiting and sharing meals.

Quiet neighborhood

This home was very clean easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. A great place for a small family to stay! Would recommend. Also loved the free laundry as we were there for a softball tournament and needed to wash uniforms.

Souix Falls get away

We visited end of July and it was very hot outside. The air conditioning was great. Well kept home in a nice area. It was convenient to the restaurants we visited and not too far from the fairgrounds. We appreciated having a second bathroom.

Great home, beautiful neighborhood.

Thank you to the Reshi family for sharing your wonderful home. It was comforting to return to a fully supplied home every night while I was in town for work for two weeks. Easy access to the home, and many amenities made it feel just like home. The neighorbood was very nice and I felt safe at all times. I appreciate the thought you put into your rental.

Just ok.

Clean property in a good neighborhood. Furniture is on the cheap and old side. Living room couches were not the same as pictured, they were leather and old, hard to get out of. Coffee table looked like it was to fall apart without touching it. Same thing with the dinning room table chairs, we only sat in the one time for fear they would break. Beds were not good quality either. Kitchen was stocked well with new appliances and dishes. Laundry room downstairs was nice and they are doing an addition as well. Good communication with owner. Big fenced backyard.

Nearly perfect for our stay

This house is perfectly located for our needs. The house is very nice and just as advertised. The only improvements 8 could see would be blinds or curtains in the transom window above the TV and again in the window over the sink. Also the living room couches left a lot of room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness as the lighter one had several stains on it. I do not want that to be taken as overly critical, as we loved the house, I just wanted to give some actionable feedback of the only parts that were not perfect like the rest. Also, being able to park in the garage overnight was an absolute dream, thank you for that.

Mattress needs an update

The home is beautiful, though still undergoing renovations in the basement. The home was clean and in a good neighborhood. The owners were quick and easy to communicate with.There are three things that could be changed for a much better guest experience:1) The master bedroom mattress is not very supportive at all. It needs to be replaced to improve the sleep of your guests.2) Each bathroom had one light bulb out. Replacing these with new bulbs would make the lighting much better.3) The towel rack in the guest bathroom needs to be tightened. It is very loose and about to fall off of the bracket where the ends are mounted. There is an Allen key screw on each end that just needs to be tightened.Otherwise it was a great stay!

I gave a neutral rating for accuracy of ratings. I didn’t look at them so no opinion. Only problem I had was the master bed was too hard for me, but that’s up to individual preference. Everything else was good and I’d stay again.
