Vue imprenable sur la mer dans une villa toute rénovée, équipée et climatisée

Cette magnifique villa est située dans le luxueux Legends Résidence à Haapiti qui est un domaine de 7 hectares où se mélangent le bois exotique, la pierre de Moorea et une végétation tropicale parfaitement entretenue.

Legends Residence est renommée pour son haut de gamme et offre tous les conforts avec une piscine, un fitness, un court de tennis. Il s’y dégage une ambiance très sereine, authentique et reposante. Il se situe à 5 minutes de la plage en voiture.

De plus, ce domaine est entièrement sécurisé, avec accès restreint, cameras, et gardiennage.

Cette villa contemporaine polynésienne fait partie des quelques rares maisons à avoir une vue unique, panoramique et imprenable de 180 degrés sur le lagon et l’océan, et ce, depuis toutes les pièces de la maison !

Elle se trouve en hauteur et dans une impasse, très bien ventilée, et à l'abri de tous les bruits et regards.

Rénovée du sol au plafond en 2019, elle est depuis très bien entretenue et est composée de :

- Deux chambres climatisées avec literie neuve. L'une a un grand lit (king) et l'autre a deux lits séparés qui peuvent être regroupés à la demande en un seul grand lit (king) à l'aide d'un sur-matelas.

- D’une salle de bain avec une grande douche et un grand lavabo et d'une autre salle de bains avec les toilettes et un deuxième mini lavabo.

- D’une cuisine neuve entièrement équipée et aménagée comprenant entre autres :
o Lave-vaisselle,
o Four,
o Micro-onde,
o Plaque à induction.

- D’un salon avec TV offrant une multitude de chaines françaises et internationales,

- D’un faré poté (espace extérieur) aménagé et couvert pour y prendre ses repas,

- D’un jacuzzi extérieur avec chauffage d'appoint,

- D’une terrasse de 50m2 avec deux chaises longues,

- D’une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, table et fer à repasser.

- 4 raquettes de tennis et balles de tennis sont disponibles.

A classically beautiful villa with a sweeping panoramic view of the Pacific. The villa is nicely furnished with everything needed for a short or long stay. There are several good restaurants in the area, and it is convenient to shopping and beaches. There is good wi-fi and the two bedrooms are air conditioned in case the sea breezes aren’t enough. Highly recommended.

Our family of four had a great stay at the villa. The villa is very well maintained and feels luxurious. The view is stunning! We enjoyed the deck and jacuzzi. There’s a well stocked kitchen and high end linens and towels. We appreciated the AC in the bedrooms and screens on the sliding doors. We used the property’s pool, tennis court and gym, which were nice additions. The location is ideal, close to restaurants and beach access. The detailed recommendations provided were fantastic—restaurants, beaches, excursions, and where to shop for food (don’t miss the fruit stands!). The highlight of our trip was the private snorkeling trip that was recommended through Teoni and Aimeho. We’d love to come back! Thank you for the great stay!

The property was accurately listed with incredible view of the lagoon. The main issue we experienced was that jacuzzi was broken and it was not disclosed to us until we tried to use it. It took the entire day to get the response from the property manager to acknowledge that jacuzzi is indeed broken. It was not fixed during our stay. Some other minor things were that the stove had only one burner working. Not a big deal as we only used it few times to fix some eggs but again it was not disclosed. The first night there were excessive amount of bugs ( night flies) as someone who stayed before us must have kept the doors open. I was aware that the property is open to outside (protected by screens)so insects could easily crawl/fly in. We were supplied by insects repellent sprays and have managed to keep the bugs under control. We have not used community pool/amenities but from the outside it seemed like they were well kept.Poor communication and not disclosing broken jacuzzi made our stay ok.

Hello, thank you again for choosing Villa Honu for your stay and for sharing your feedback. Regarding the jacuzzi, we were unable unfortunately to let you know in advance because it occurred just during the stay of the prior guest. I am sorry if our property manager did not contact you immediately but I believe she did id the same day you contacted her. At the time, she assumed that we would be able to get if repaired quickly. We immediately dispatched an electrician who assessed that the pump had to be replaced. We have ordered a new pump and it takes unfortunately quite a bit of time on the small island to find new parts that usually need to be special ordered. I am sorry that our property manager did not disclose the issue with the stove that currently has only one burner working. There too, we are waiting for a brand new cooktop from the main appliance store in Papeete which is currently out of stock and is expecting a container to come soon. It is recommended to use the screens in the evenings to prevent bugs from coming in as they are attracted by the lights. Thank you again.

Breath taking viewof the lagoon from your living room, bedroom and deck

Villa Honu provided a perfect "home away from home" for our recent stay on Moorea. Check in was effortless. The property was perfect for us. It was hard to leave the deck with the fabulous view, but we tore ourselves away every day to visit the beach and gwt our snorkeling in.

The villa is located in a convient location with easy access to shops and restaurants.The check in process couldn't have been smoother. We arrived on an early morning flight and lucky for us there was no one occuppying the villa so they allowed us to check in early which was incredible after a long day of travel.The villa is as described with stunning views and a great patio to just relax on.The villa is very well equipped from kitchen items to sporting equipment.I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

This was a stunning property with fabulous views where there was always something interesting to watch. Great attention to detail of all supplies and amenities i.e. binoculars, folding beach chairs, snorkels and masks and fully equipped kitchen with all the conveniences. The pictures do not do it justice. This villa is absolutely spectacular. The views are breathtaking. The villa itself is spotless and has everything you need. Its very modern and clean. Its close to very nice beaches, restaurants and groceries. The pool was super nice, very clean and refreshing! Honestly, I cant imagine staying anywhere else on Moorea...

Paradise on earth!

This location was more beautiful than the pictures! We had a stunning view of the lagoon and a large deck from which to enjoy it. The place was very clean and included every amenity (including beach chairs and snorkel gear) that made our stay very comfortable. Jenny the property manager was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Definitely a place worth returning to!

Jenny, the property manager was great with checkin explaining things, offering recommendations, and answering questions. The views from the expansive deck are out of this world. The location is ideal and convenient, particularly if you have a car. Owner Marc was also great with answering questions with the booking, driving in Moorea, and directions. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would book this unit again. Highly recommended.

This place is super nice. It's very comfortable, convenient, private, and pretty. Jenny, the host (or agent of) is so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our brief stay, but wished we could have stayed longer. I did not have a board with me, but if you surf it's a perfect place to sit and watch the waves at the pass (visible in the photos...a right and a left) and wait for perfect conditions.

This is an amazing property in a gated neighborhood with all the amenities you need. Jenny greeted us and was easily reachable. They provided a bottled water cooler, AC in the bedrooms, snorkel sets and beach chairs, and a crib for our infant. The hottub is certainly a bonus feature which was great for sunsets and evening. They are located close to the activities, but we would recommend having a car to stay here and exploring the island

Amazing

We come to Moorea every year. This is our first time staying at this property. It was perfect! The unit has an amazing view of the lagoon. We sat on the deck every morning drinking our coffee, eating breakfast and watching whale spouts and breaches. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook from home, relax and enjoy the island life. We generally stay in high end rentals / hotels. I would rate this 5 out of 5.

A cozy villa

We had a great time staying in this residence. It is located in the beautiful quiet gated community. The view is phenomenal and peaceful. They provide all basic necessities that we can think of. We didn't get the check -in instructions email, and the phone number in the website was the previous manager's number. The previous manager contacted Jenny right away and we had a smooth check-in process. Jenny was very helpful and responsive. Overall, we had a pleasant stay so highly recommend.

Beautiful and Safe

Villa is in a beautiful location. It is gated and safe. It’s also very quiet. Views were amazing. The hot tub doesn’t get hot, but that’s noted in the other reviews. It’s perfect for the afternoon when you get back from doing activities. WiFi is strong and there’s a parking stall up front. Jenny greeted us earlier than scheduled and presented us with a beautiful fruit platter. The villa was fully stocked, although we did not cook or use the kitchen at all. Beautiful villa for those who want to get away from the hotel scene.

Good stay with excellent views

Overall a great experience. The views of the ocean are fantastic and the amenities are quite nice. The interior is excellently furnished. We even enjoyed the pool and tennis court. Only downside was the non-functioning hot tub and gym. It looks great in the pictures but it was only upon arrival that we were told it was not in working order which would have been ok but the property manager kept saying it would get fixed throughout the week and it never did. So less a knock on the actual functionality of the hot tub (these things break sometimes) but more on the communication of it.

Breathtaking villa

My family of four (2 kids age 6&10) spent a week in February at this stunning villa. We loved everything about it!! The communication with the manager was excellent. The check in & check out process was a breeze. The villa was well equipped with everything that we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything ( given that you have a car), a beautiful beach, where you can rent out a boat or kayak to go to Coco beach, or to see stingrays and sharks, grocery stores, restaurants ( our favorite was Snack Mahana). Our kids really enjoyed to cool down in the chilly jacuzzi and the pool after a hot day at the beach. The last, but not least- the views from the terrace are just to die for!!! Would definitely come back!!!! ☺️☺️

Nous nous sommes rendus la première fois en Polynésie française pour notre lune de miel à Bora Bora. Nous avons depuis séjourné à maintes reprises à Moorea dans différents hôtels.

Nous avons décidé d’acheter Villa Honu sur un gros coup de cœur, quand nous avons découvert son incroyable vue sur le lagon et la mer, mais aussi son état impeccable et comme neuf. Nous serions ravis de vous faire partager cette même expérience !

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Villa Honu est située à Haapiti, dans le nord-ouest de l’ile de Moorea. Elle est nichée dans une colline et fait partie d’une superbe résidence privée qui s'appelle Legends Résidences qui offre de nombreux aménagements comme une piscine, un tennis et un centre de fitness.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Villa Honu est dans un état excellent. La cuisine a été refaite a neuf et la literie remplacée récemment. Cette villa a été entièrement meublée et décorée professionnellement.
