Check into relaxation in this totally remodeled second-floor condo which sleeps six. Rattan furniture and comfy cushions in the living room keep you comfortable while watching the flat-screen TV or looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The cozy kitchen has all the appliances, utensils, and dishes you need to enjoy your stay. Stainless steel appliances to modernize your cooking needs. Lining the kitchen is the bar area for dining. You can go out the door to step onto the private balcony which overlooks the yard and has Gulf views. See it all from chairs on the balcony, whether you want to watch a game of sand volleyball or see the seabirds diving in the waves. The rolling dunes are peaceful. Back inside, the master bedroom (BR1) has two queen-sized beds and an attached upgraded bathroom. The décor abounds with beaches and shells. Tropical ceiling fans keep you cool throughout the day and night in all the rooms. The second bedroom (BR2) has one queen-sized bed. All the bedding matches with quaint coastal designs. The second bathroom has an upgraded sink and shower. Amenities include: TV, Wi-Fi, access to Charcoal BBQ pits and picnic areas, laundry facilities, 2 Boardwalks to the Beach, 2 Shared Community Pools. Located near downtown Port Aransas, you have easy access to the golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Great Location in Port A!

Not far from the restaurants and balcony looks over the dunes to the gulf! We always stay at Island Retreat because you can walk to the beach! This unit is great for two couples, but it is showing some minor wear.

Very nice stay

Great condo, comfy, clean, close to the beach. Convenient boardwalk and large balcony. Everything you need in the kitchen. I would definitely stay again. Good communication with rental company. Wish we would have stayed longer!

Great location!

We enjoy IR stays! This condo was perfect for 4 - beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, towels were plenty, balcony was nice. Bring trash bags though! We only had the original for a 4 night/5 day stay. Overall would book again! :)

We All Loved It!

We were a multi-generational family group, ages 4 to 74, and we all had a great time. The condo accommodated 2 couples and 2 young ones easily. The location is absolutely perfect, with quick access on a boardwalk to a nice beach, no car or jeep needed. Everything in the condo was as described. The 6 of us could eat together at the kitchen bar. The pool was a great alternative to the beach. We got lucky with a live band playing at the pool one evening. We would definitely go back.

Great

We loved this place. The only issues were that the TVs weren’t working. I also tried to contact someone several time shortly after booking about a late checkout request and never got a response. After checking in the front desk people approved a late checkout but I was told last minute on checkout day that I had to be out because the owners were checking in. Other than that, our stay was fabulous. I was very impressed how comfortable the beds were; I’m pretty pick when it comes to a good mattress but slept like a baby.

Agency double booked our room

The resort double booked our room. They fixed it at the last minute, but none the less, we had to deal with scrambling around to have a place to stay.

Fall Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Price was right. Stay was right. Lovely, comfortable condo. Location great. Laundry close by. Could walk to beach from condo. Enjoyed balcony also. Would like to plan for same time and condo next October. How soon can we do that? Front door could do with a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, perfect.
