Our additional amenities include soft top surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, a large jetted and heated bath tub, free coffee, free cooking supplies, and a refurbished nintendo 64. Enjoy this brand new luxury beach condo, located less than two blocks from the water!

The place was perfect for my husband and I. We had a quick stay for our anniversary. Clean and beautiful. Host was responsive. Parking was whatever you could find on the street and although it was busy we were able to find a close spot both nights. Close walk to beach, park, and restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time at Lost at Sea! The location is perfect; walkable to the bay, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The unit had everything to make my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Parking wasn't bad - I always managed to find a spot on the street. Would stay here again!

The place was clean, but the space couldn't accommodate 4 people. We assumed they would have a pull out in the couch but it was a blow-up mattress. We did not mess with the blow-up mattress. The parking situation was difficult at times to find nearby parking.

Nice stay

We had a great stay. The cross breeze was perfect for this upstairs unit, never needing to use the AC! It had everything we needed for our stay. Parking can be a challenge at times, but we were always able to find a spot close by.

Great location

We had a wonderdul time at Lost at Sea. It was very quaint and lovely! The only minor thing was the downstairs tenants were up until 2am one night and we could hear them talking outside but other than that it was a wonderful time!

Cozy little getaway

My husband, myself, and my 1 year old daughter stayed here for our first vacation as a family of 3. Great property! The stairs were a little rough with all of the baby gear but we managed. The hardest part was no dedicated parking spot for each tenant - we sometimes had to park multiple streets over and walk to the unit.

Perfect little cottage for 1 or 2 people. Lost at Sea is the upstairs of a back house with its own separate entrance up a flight of stairs. We loved the decor, the proximity to Crown Pointe and the walking path by the Bay. The people in the other units were friendly and quiet. The neighborhood is safe. Finding street parking was tricky over the weekend but fine during the week. One of the neighbors in a house next door smoked weed every evening. The smell was noticeable but tolerable. House was very clean and has an epic rain shower.

Lost at Sea

We enjoyed our time spent with family, ambience was warm and very inviting. There were few things to take notice of like , the bed could have been mounted on the wall due to the knocking of the wall when lying down to rest. The security of the front door and a little weather stripping . Other than that we had a blast and thank you sooo much for hosting us. This one is really one for our family scrap book. We definitely will refer others.

Great stay- everything described in listing matched!

I stayed here for a little over a month while remote working and exploring San Diego and was very happy with everything! The place is exactly as described and perfect for one person or a couple. The location is great and within walking distance to the water and parking on the street was never an issue. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe as it's away from the main streets of Pacific Beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again!

The property is nice but needs some TLC. The bed is comfortable and the apartment has basic necessities for 2 adults and maybe 2 small children. Street parking was not a problem. Great location.

Great place for a San Diego getaway!

We had an excellent stay at “Lost at Sea!” It was very clean and comfy. We loved all of the amenities provided like bbq, air mattress, surf boards, boogie boards, and other beach items. Only suggestions would be to add some bbq tools (only plastic spatula available), wash cloths for the bathroom, and refresh basic cooking supplies mentioned in listing (no cooking spray or pepper). We would definitely return!

I’d Get Lost at Sea again for sure!

Location was A-1 in a quiet neighbourhood Check-in was effortless as keys were in the lock box as stated in the instructions sent 24 hours before check-in The unit was well equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals etc. and the space was very clean. The tub/shower was amazing, with lots of water pressure and plenty of hot water and clean towels. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sectional couch in the living room area. Also provided was everything you would need to go to the beach, which was only a few minute drive away Plenty of street parking as well Nicole, our host was quick to respond if we had any questions, and very courteous Would definitely stay here again!

We did not end up staying here after checking in and smelling the horrible odor from the unit which could be smelled from outside the unit as you approached it and inside it was so strong it became hard to breathe. We contacted the host after a reasonable time of airing out the unit, which did not work. We opened all windows and ran fans for several hours and left the property to allow it time to air out, to no avail. We informed the host of the smell after arrival and the first attempts to rid the heavy odors and we let them know we were leaving the property for a few hours and while the host apologized and claimed it was cleaning products, the host offered no solutions as the odor made our entire family sick. Further, the owner had advertised central air conditioning which they had a wall unit only that was old and required a new filter, it was filthy and dusty. The unit does not look like the pictures and is much smaller. They advertise sleeps four but there is one bed. We contacted the owner again upon return to the unit and expressed concern over health and that we wouldn’t be able to stay there with the heavy smell and asked for a refund and they refused and told us to contact VRBO and we are awaiting response for refund, VRBO did tell us to check into a hotel which we did immediately upon receiving the go ahead to do that. We’ve never had an experience like this one at a hotel or rental home in our world travels. We do not recommend this property or this host.
