C'est l'endroit idéal pour une évasion parfaite à San Diego !! La baie et l'océan vivent à leur meilleur. 600+ pieds carrés spacieux 1 BR avec cuisine et salle de bains entièrement rénovées. Ce condo fait partie d'un complexe de 8 unités totales, mais contrairement à toutes les autres unités et à la plupart des propriétés dans la zone où vous devez faire face à l'espace commun, vous obtenez votre propre porte privée et entrée de patio !!! Tellement agréable de ne pas avoir à gérer des clés supplémentaires, des boîtes de verrouillage et les problèmes gênants de la zone commune.

Plancher de bois franc dans Grand salon. Patio privé clos de 10 x 18 pieds carrés ainsi qu'un patio communautaire sur le toit. Toutes les commodités ... 2 places de parking, laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité, TV dans le salon et la chambre, fer et planche, deux ventilateurs supplémentaires (dont un avec télécommande), sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain. Internet haut débit / Netflix / HBO Go / Hulu inclus. Commande vocale Alexa dans le salon pour votre confort. Système Nintendo rétro avec 600 jeux chargés pour les enfants (ou adultes lol), haut-parleur Bluetooth, livres, cartes à jouer, magazines communautaires locaux et guides de la région. Cute, clean, and located in the perfect spot for a trip to San Diego. The property manager was very communicative and invested in making sure that we enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would recommend for all!

Stay with friend

Check in went smoothly and the kitchen was good with everything needed. Mr. Coffee, some essentials and an ice maker in the freezer. The bed was large (king?) with a great mattress. The bathroom had a nice shower and dressing area with mirrors. Jesse was responsive when I asked for safety sticks for the sliders and it was nice to have the patio, beach chairs etc. We enjoyed our stay there and it is in a great location. We were able to walk to the beach and back. It did need some deep cleaning though..

First the pros:Jesse was a good host, easy to communicate with. The location was good, close to the beach and to the bay and only about 15 min from downtown area. The kitchen had necessary utensil and cookware and fridge had plenty of ice always. Laundry was a plus. The bed was comfortable. Was nice to have a driveway for parking. There was beach chairs and umbrella for the beach which was nice to have.Now for the cons, lets start with overall cleanliness, the place needs attention needs to be updated and needs painting. It needs a very thorough deep cleaning. The kitchen wasn't to bad as far as cleanliness but the cabinets are rather old, the bathroom was also not to bad but again the vanity and cabinets in the bathroom are old and should be replaced. The closet in the bedroom was just not pleasant, it felt dinge and dusty, and the closet doors need to go. My wife almost hurt herself moving the fans because the one is busted and not very safe. The main living room furniture is old and dingy and not all to comfortable, the floors all were dirty and the entire place felt dusty. The front door, even though its not used had cracks in it that you can see daylight coming through. The place has no air conditioning so was very warm and muggy which causes the place to smell musty. Since the place was warm we slept with the bedroom sliding door open to get some air flow which caused us to not feel very secure in the place.

Great Apartment and Host

My family had a great stay. The host popped over to say hi when we arrived and was readily available by text when needed. The place was clean and had great amenities with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, BBQ, and even beach cruisers. No complaints about anything and would definitely stay there again.

Cute pad Right at PB with nice amenities and plenty of supplies for adventuring including umbrellas, bikes, and speaker. Jesse was very responsive and easy to communicate with, made checking in and out a breeze!

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed this location very much. It was so easy to get to the park and boardwalk and we had many bike rides on the cruisers provided. The communication we had with the property owner was excellent and check in/out was so easy. The condo was well appointed and made us feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals, although Pacific Beach has some excellent restaurants we enjoyed as well. We had a great time and would definitely consider this place again.

Nice cozy condo

The place is smaller than we are used to, but is perfect for a couple. Jesse was great to work with and checking in and out is simple. Close to the bay, the ocean, and PB shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was the traffic noise on the street. A lot of traffic almost every day.

Great location; cute place; BUT... no windows/airflow (or AC) in bathroom or bedroom! This made it unbearably hot to sleep, even in relatively cool Fall weather. I can't imagine summer. The bed is memory foam, making it even hotter.I slept (poorly) the first night on the living room floor and the sliding door open, tried one more night with the fans arranged differently, then gave up. I had to leave and find a new place.Host had promised he would refund a few of the unused nights (2 of 5) as a courtesy, but it's over 2 weeks later, and no refund, and no response to follow-up request.Overall it's a decent place, but it really needs airflow in the bedroom and bathroom (or better yet a mini-split AC) before I would consider staying here.

Beach Adventure

The condo was in a great location. Close to the bay and beach both easily walking distance. Nice kitchen.Rooftop patio wonderful for sunrise and sunset views. Grocery and goods store short distance drive. The couch is a sleeper sofa so not really comfortable for me to sit on. I will be looking at this location for future trips to San Diego and great Beach Adventures

Perfect spot to relax

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was a great size for just the two of us. We were there to get away from the fast pace of life and just chill. We walked to the bay or the ocean every day. We walked to amazing restaurants, seafood, acai bowls, and boba spots. We got groceries the first day and made the rest of our meals. We left the windows open and enjoyed the breeze while reading. It was perfect. The home is well maintained and clean, the neighborhood is safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun trip down memory lane

We lived in PB 10-16 years ago, and our stay at the condo was a great place to revisit old stomping grounds and enjoy some time off. The condo worked very well, great location, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Nice amenities like beach cruisers, kitchen essentials, bedding, towels, etc. Two things to be aware of: this is a corner property next to an intersection so there is traffic noise during the day, but not horrible. The bedroom and bathroom are a little stuffy, but owner provided fans that helped. Thanks again!

Quick visit to see family

The location and the benifit of the outdoor space was great. On arrival the property looked clean but unfortunately it really wasn’t . Headboard thick dust kitchen cupboard door and drawers really dirty, as were the windows. All the issues could have been easily sorted with a really deep clean . I did reach out to the owner when we left to tell him, as I felt it was only fair to let him know . Unfortunately I got no response . Also the top flat were really loud on Saturday night on the balcony . Smoking weed and their language was really not good. So we went out early which was a shame. .Had the owner contacted us during our stay to see if things were ok I would have asked him to call to point these issues out .
