Beautiful birds, gorgeous white sand, and clear turquoise ocean water are the norm for this area. Situated on a small pond offering turtle viewing from the screen porch each morning, a play ground for children across the street and the beach within walking distance the home is the perfect place for you. Two bedrooms and two baths upstairs, kitchen, dining, laundry, living area, screen porch, and half bath on the main floor, entrance is on the ground floor.

Another great stay on the cape! This is our second time staying here and we were glad to return. Clean home, well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and a lovely screen porch overlooking the pond. Hope to be back again soon!

Palmetto trade winds was perfect for our most recent visit to San Blas. Loved having the grill and the screen porch with the tower fan and comfortable furniture. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

We had a great visit, everything was so nice. Short walk to to beach and pools, condo was well equipped. Perfect beach get away, to bad the weather didn’t cooperate more.

Great place to stay

The townhome was well appointed with everything we needed. It was very clean and well organized. It is a short walk to the pool and beach. My granddaughter enjoyed the playground. I can definitely recommend Palmetto Tradewind.

Perfect Vacation!

Spent the week here with my parents and my boyfriend and 5 year old. The house was clean and had everything we needed, a playground right across the street that we enjoyed along with feeding the turtles every morning! It was a 4 minute walk to the beach! It was a perfect week of vacation!

The condo is just right. All the right essentials and very nicely decorated, but not over the top and over done. Porch is fantastic. Beach access is easy with a community pool right on the beach.

Wonderful

Property and owners are wonderful! We loved every second at the cape and this property was perfect for my family of 4. We made memories playing games and watching the turtles in the pond right out back. Super clean and felt just like home. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and the state park that is near by was breathtaking. Super thankful to have spent a week here!

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful rental. It is a close walk to the beach, around the corner from 1 of 2 pools and the tennis courts, and it a safe environment for families. We LOVE it here. The owners are easy to communicate with and even shared in the joy of our local shell finds. We hope to rent again in the near future.

The property is very well maintained, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and more. It was very comfortable for our family.It’s just a short walk to the beach, passing a pond where we saw turtles, definitely a highlight if you have little ones.Communication with the owners was excellent and prompt. Wonderful stay

Well appointed unit with just the right touches and amenities. The owners are really easy to work with and responsive. Its off the beach but we like the short walk and the privacy being in the back of Barrier Dunes. Its also on one of the lakes. Great unit for 2-4 people. Our 2nd (or maybe 3rd) time staying here and its always a pleasure. Wife and I would love to come back again.

Clean and Well Furnished!

We have stayed in Barrier Dunes several times through the years always in different units. This one was wonderful! Clean, Nicely Furnished, and Nicely stocked kitchen. There is a nice screen porch where we did a lot of reading. Jerry and Candie were really responsive and great to work with, we would recommend this unit and will rent again if we can!

Perfect Week

One of the best condos we’ve stayed in at Barrier Dunes. Exceptionally clean condo and a well stocked kitchen. We like to bake and the kitchen has all the necessities! Love the carpet on the stairs at entrance. Loved having the keyless entry, but we didn’t always use it correctly. The screened in porch was great too. We hope we get to stay there again soon!

Near The State Park and Webers Donuts

We love the noth end of the cape because the State Park entrance is so close..uncrowded stretches of beach. 149 Parkside was clean and well appointed for our stay as in we did not feel like we needed to go buy any cookware, utensils etc. All appliances work fine. My wife is a clean-a-holic and she had no complaints.

It is definitely a peaceful and restful refuge from the hustle and bustle of big or little city life. A fun filled townhouse offering many choices of activities where families can play games, swim, or play pickle ball while providing a clean, comfortable relaxing home away from home. One visit to the Port St. Joe area and you will not want to leave the beautiful sandy beaches, natural wildlife and gorgeous sunsets that occur nightly at the Cape.

The close knit community of friends whether full time residents or vacationers is a strong attraction to our home at Barrier Dunes. The townhouse provides a screen porch where guest can watch the sweet pond turtles gather to be fed or play games or just sit and relax in the gentle gulf breezes. Also the new children's playground is located 100 yards from the front door. The heated pool is a 2 minute walk.
