This beautiful, clean, 2 BR -2.5 bath townhouse (upstairs BR's) condo right on the Little River in Townsend is available to rent for your vacation. Its close to shopping, tubing, fishing, Great Smoky Mountains National Park and more! Fully equipped kitchen, private washer and dryer included. Sleeps 6 adults. There are a flight of steps to get to this condo. and the bedrooms are another flight of stairs.

Exceeded expectations as far as what pics showed. Everything you needed was provided plus some. View of Little River was beautiful and saw wildlife. Roomy and comfortable bedrooms. 2 on suite baths making it nice for 2 couples. Wonderful location to Great Smokie Mountaiin entrance. We loved it. Check out Cades cove. Saw lots of bears.

This is the perfect location for enjoying a Smoky Mountain vacation. It's close to everything, but not in the middle of everything - aka traffic and noise. We love the peaceful side! The condo is clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the river. The only change we would suggest would be how the bedrooms are described in the listing. From the listing, we assumed that there was a futon bed in the 2nd bedroom, but there was not. However, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. This did not take away from the wonderful time we enjoyed there. We would definitely stay again!

Location is the best part. Hearing the babble of the river and wildlife was great. It is located walking distance to Peaceful Side Social and IGA. Company Distilling and entrance to GSMNP are minutes away by car. Place was mostly clean and well appointed inside. Needs improvement: Infestation of carpenter bees, which were buzzing around by the dozens and raining sawdust on us (and all the furniture) anytime we were on the balcony.

Super clean, comfy, well decorated. The balconies were lovely with a view of the babbling creek. The location truly was on the peaceful side! Love the hilarious board game ;-). Woukd definitely stay here again.

We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen looked well stocked. There were several excellent restaurants very close by to the condo. The property was very clean and the balconies on the river were wonderful. We hope to be able to stay here again.

I grew up in Townsend, I have lived here most of my life, and I don't take it granted. I know our slow, small, town is a charmed life. Come try a week with us we will show you. We know where the best restaurants are, and we know all the shortcuts! There are tons of things to do here, white water rafting, tubing, swimming, fishing, snow skiing, hiking, antiquing, just driving around in the Smoky something for everyone.
