Extra Large Studio Condo with Two Queen beds and a fold out couch. All pillows, blankets and sheets supplied. Located on the 3rd floor, the balcony has the perfect pool and ocean view. Plenty of Dressers and storage to unpack.
Hot summer sun can warm up the condo (sunrise to approx 11am.) By keeping the curtains closed until the balcony is in the shade, will help keep the condo cool.

***Parking Pass Provided. Please place on your review mirror IMMEDIATELY. The Hawaiian Inn will TOW any vehicle found to not have a Pass.

Condo was not clean

The moment we enter the building was like a dungeon. The room was not clean, the floor was dirty, the kitchen ceiling was peeling off, in the stove was a disgusting pizza from previous guests, the bed sheets were stained and had hair on them. The ceiling fans were very dirty, the bathroom wall was full of mold. The balcony was not sweeped and full of cigarettes ashes. The condo was equipped with a lot of things but for me a clean place is more important than anything. I will not rent this condo again.

Excellent experience

The condo was very clean and well stocked for anything you need during your stay. Deb was very friendly and prompt in answering any questions i had. The check in was so easy and did not even have to deal with the front desk staff. Everything was done through Deb such as code to the door and parking pass. I will be back!

Birthday Beach Getaway with Family

We were very pleased with our stay and look forward to booking again in the future! Check in was a breeze, just walked right up to our room. Communication with the owners was prompt, and I really appreciated that they contacted me earlier than our designated check-in time to let us know our room was ready and we could check-in early! The room was the perfect size for a family of 4. Charmingly decorated. The room had a great view of the pool deck and the beach. The patio was a little small, but at least it did fit four chairs. Beds were comfortable with ample pillows! Plenty of cookware, dishes, small appliances, etc for the kitchen if you wanted to cook your own meals. Freezer filled with ice cube trays. Closet filled with additional things you might need for your stay: drying racks, extra folding chairs for guests, 3 boogie boards, 2 skim boards, extra bags for the pool/beach, coolers of various sizes, beach/sand toys, inflatable pool float, and more! I was pleased to see there was an iron and ironing board available. My one complaint and disappointment was that although the condo looked and felt clean, the floors were dirty. We had taken off our shoes upon entry, and within minutes, the bottoms of my feet as well as my children's feet were visibly dirty. The pool was a great size, and felt heated which I appreciated! Plenty of tables on the pool deck with umbrellas for sitting or eating in the shade. We stayed in the middle of the week, and although we made it down to the pool at 11am there were still tables with umbrellas available. I loved that there was bar poolside that served drinks and food. It really helped to contribute to the vacation vibe! Midway through my stay my kids pointed out to me that there was 'hot tub' on the other side of the bar! It is basically a 'hidden' pool, labeled the Serenity Pool, which was a small 'hot' pool that was covered. It really came in handy when it started raining our last day there! The beach was beautiful and it was great to be able to access it so easily at all times of the day. We enjoyed going out for the sunrise, and took a nighttime stroll as well. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. We found an incredible Thai restaurant to dine at for my birthday which served delicious food! We would definitely return again. I was unhappy about needing to wear shoes in the condo, to keep my feet clean, but it is not something that would keep me from booking again!

Nice condo with everything you need.

This efficiency condo is bright and comfortable. You can’t beat the view of the pool and ocean from the large balcony. The kitchen has everything you’d need and then some and there’s a nice selection of beach toys for families traveling with little ones. The hosts were very responsive - always responding to texts within 5 minutes! The deck area around the large pool is great…lots of room, lots of chairs, a tiki bar that serves food and lots of grassy areas. Everything in this area is very well kept. But the Hawaiian Inn is an older facility and could definitely use some refurbishments in the lobby and hallways. Overall, if I were going to stay in Daytona Beach Shores again, I would stay here.

Beautiful and Perfect Location

This condo was beautiful and fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay! I had spoken with the owner to ask a few questions before I booked the room for our Mother's Day weekend trip. They were very pleasant and easy to work with! I am so glad we got to use their condo. I found it lovely that they had some beach toys and boogie boards in the closet for us to be able to use if we needed. There were plenty of towels to use during our stay, they even had beach/pool towels in case we didn't bring ours. My husband loved that they had coffee pods available to use as well. We were able to cook meals with the small stove top which helped us save some money and The full size refrigerator was awesome to have. The beds and pull out couch were clean and comfortable I definitely felt at home here. And how can I forget, the view of the pool and ocean was just Gorgeous!! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind as well. This was a weekend full of great family memories , we are already talking about our next trip to this condo :-)

Wonderful Resort

The condo we stayed in was very clean and had everything you could need while there! The only thing is the resort is a little older and I wish I would have known that. But it was still a wonderful experience and the price was affordable!

perfect space and location

The space was just right for our time there. plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Ocean front view from the balcony was great. Check in was great and communication before hand made things go well. One minor hiccup while there with door lock, but owners were super prompt in returning our call, literally within 5 minutes of leaving a message. Will stay there again.

So Thoughtful

We enjoyed this unit so much! It was filled with everything you could possible want. Extra towels, toilet paper, toiletries, extension cords, etc. The unit was super clean and just as advertised. The view was amazing and the amenities were so nice. The check in process was super easy. I can’t wait to stay here again!!
