Marilyn et je vous invite à visiter notre endroit préféré, notre bord de mer de luxe chez-soi loin de chez soi à George Town Villas. Cette chambre 2, 2 salles de bains appartement est situé prÚs de l'extrémité sud de Seven Mile Beach. Il offre des vues spectaculaires, la vie privée d'une unité au troisiÚme étage et des équipements confortables. Une terrasse couverte avec balcon donnant sur l'océan, George Town Port, plage, piscine et les jardins.

George Town Villas offre un confort à George Town, sans la circulation de bruit ou de tourisme, étant déclenché des principales artÚres de circulation sur le bien nommé «Snooze Lane '. Plusieurs restaurants dont «Le Wharf sont à une courte promenade, comme le sont les« Seven Mile Shops '. Un supermarché bien achalandé est idéalement situé à ~ 3/4 mile.

La propriĂ©tĂ© elle-mĂȘme est construite autour d'un grand jardin bien entretenu, avec de vastes pelouses, des palmiers et des plantations. Une piscine bien entretenue prĂšs du front mer / plage est un lieu de prĂ©dilection pour une visite de l'aprĂšs-midi en attendant le «rayon vert» insaisissable du soleil couchant. Pour les plus sportifs, il ya plongĂ©e et la natation sur la plage. Il ya un court de tennis sur la propriĂ©tĂ©.

Grand Cayman est cĂ©lĂšbre pour la clartĂ© de son eau, ses magnifiques rĂ©cifs de coraux durs et mous doublure parois verticales, et la vie marine abondante. Il est peu Ă©tonnant qu'il est une destination favorite pour les plongeurs dĂ©butants et expĂ©rimentĂ©s. Chartes de plongĂ©e sont facilement disponibles et plus assurer le transport de la copropriĂ©tĂ©. Pour ceux qui prĂ©fĂšrent la pĂȘche, des chartes de pĂȘche en haute mer sont disponibles, offrant des voyages complets et demi-journĂ©e. Et pour les amateurs d'horticulture, la reine Elizabeth Jardin botanique, situĂ© prĂšs de l'extrĂ©mitĂ© orientale de l'Ăźle est Ă  ne pas manquer.

So much better than crowded hotel

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Initially, we shared some of the same concerns as others—there’s no big sandy beach right in front, and it’s a 15-30 minute walk to many restaurants. The listing suggests you’ll need a car for the best experience, but we found that wasn’t necessary at all. If you’re traveling on a budget, just walk one block to catch any of the three buses that run along Seven Mile Beach on West Bay Road. For only 2.50, they arrive in less than 10 minutes and operate like taxis, stopping when you hail them, until around 7 p.m.We’ve visited during some of the busiest times of year—Christmas, February winter break, and spring break—and I enjoyed staying here far more than at the Sunrise Suites or the Westin! We always had access to chairs by the pool, umbrellas, and excellent swimming and snorkeling right in front of the property. While the beach is rocky, there’s a ladder that lets you climb straight into fantastic snorkeling waters.My husband especially appreciated not having to wake up at 6 a.m. to reserve chairs, like he did at the Westin. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect. The pool was never crowded—just a few people daily, and only a few kids. There’s also a fantastic and reasonably priced Irish bar across the street, which was great for watching sports, a steak house and tie place. The location is ideal—close enough to the busier parts of the area to be convenient but far enough away to feel peaceful.

A vacation in paradise

George Town Villas are amazing. It was our second time we stayed there. The condo is pristine, comfy, cozy, and has everything we could possibly need. The view is magnificent, we all enjoyed every second of our vacation. The manager was very friendly, really helpful, and she always replied quickly to any questions we had. A heartfelt gratitude to the nice owners for sharing their beautiful home with us. We plan to return in the not too distant future. Kind regards, Gabriele and family.

Beautiful View and Convenient Location

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships. Both bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked. We liked the 3rd floor location. Learned to take items out of our large suitcase to easily navigate the stairs when arriving and departing. Easy walk to a very nice grocery store. Short walk to sunset cove for swimming. Lots of nice casual restaurants we could walk to. We liked snorkeling at the nearby wreck of the Gamma. Would definitely stay here again.

Rest and relaxation

Friends and I booked this condo for a warm weather get-a-way to relax and enjoy the weather. The condo was in a good location and functional for everything we need. On the third floor (top), quite, great location, walkable to Georgetown, got into the ocean (the day I went snorkeling the waves were too rough), residence were nice/friendly... Just an overall great experience.

Loved this property!

This condo is exactly what you would want for a relaxing trip to Cayman. Every day we would sit on the balcony and watch cruise ships come in and sail away into the sunset. I would stay here over and over!

Great place!

Wonderful stay! Thank you so much to our hosts. There was an issue with part of the electric in the kitchen covering an outlet and the dishwasher that was out when we came, but the cleaning crew had already picked up on it before we arrived and the property manager was attempting to contact us next day to see when they could get in to repair it. The condo was just exactly as advertised and even supplied us with toilet paper and dish soap and some soap for the dishwasher. The laundry worked great. The TV was a little tricky but we got it eventually. Plenty of towels. pool was lovely. We had to drive a few min for good beach access I felt comfortable with the kids playing in. It's rocky at the ocean front in front of the condo and more for snorkeling. The waves were also a little rough for a lot of the week too. The last day we were there it was pretty calm and the kids did go into the ocean there then and had a great time. there is also a great public beach on 7 mile beach just a short drive up the road that has a playground and picnic tables with a covered roof for shade, and a food truck or two and that was lovely. We rented a car for the trip, which was easy once we got used to driving on the other side of the road. There's an Irish pub barely more than a 5 min walk from the condo that I thought was excellent and had some good daily deals and the owners give you some restaurant recommendations In their welcome letter. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed in Grand Cayman over Christmas with our 2 girls, ages 11 and 14. The set-up was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, easy access to the ocean amazing, and having a pool on-site when water was too rough was awesome. The location was perfect for our "home base."

Magical

What a fabulous place to stay! The views are incredible. On calm days you can snorkel right out front. The pool is by far the best pool we have had at a rental condo. Great 7 foot deep end. Condo was safe, clean and had amazing pictures of the many things you see snorkeling. Great location and fabulous owners. I can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable condo with excellent view!

The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic...very relaxing sitting on the balcony. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and George Town. The owners and property manager were prompt with communications. I would definitely recommend this property and we would certainly enjoy staying here in the future. Thank you John and Marilyn for sharing your beautiful home.

Better view than the pictures show

Had a very nice time. Good location for exploring the island. Absolutely beautiful view. There is a large building being built next door and construction noise starts at 7am. Otherwise no negatives. I would recommend adding more hooks to hang wet towels etc and a bin of water outside front door for rinsing sandy feet and shoes. For places to eat I’d say our favorites were Tukka west restaurant for the lion fish tacos, Cimboco, and Vivo ( our personal favorite). And Chicken chicken was actually good for fast food. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the condo. 7 mile beach was harder to walk to than we expected. Guess things have changed over the years after storms etc. The snorkeling was good for fish near the apartment, but if you can get out in a boat I’d recommend doing so as it is worth it to see healthier corals

Rough start

Condo was not ready when we arrived. Website said there is a phone on premise but we couldn't find it. Previous occupant notified the manage. Cleaning lady did a great job. Unfortunately the condo wasn't ready until 8 pm. Excellent location. The grounds and surroundings are gorgeous. Great snorkeling and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Unit could use some updating. I would definitely stay again.

First visited Grand Cayman on vacation in 2000 and had the good fortune to stay in a beautiful unit at George Town Villas. Enjoyed it so much that we decided to look for a property on the island. After much searching (at nearly every condo complex on the island), realized that George Town Villas was the right 'fit' for us, combining spectacular views, with convenience to George Town, shopping, and fine dining establishments. While convenient to main shopping areas, it is located off the main highway (West Bay Road) to avoid traffic noise and tourist pedestrian traffic.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Views from the family room and patio, watching the ships in George Town Harbor, and the sunsets, which are often spectacular. An excellent shallow snorkeling location (wreck of the Gamma) is located a short walk south of the complex.
