Wake up to the sounds of birds, stroll out onto the flagstone patio and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the Santa Rita Mountains. This private end unit townhome is located in Desert Hills IV, Green Valley, AZ and is surrounded by desert landscaping for you to enjoy.
At Green Valley Escapes we lovingly care for our homes while adding a personal touch. This home has a private enclosed courtyard with covered patio with beautiful landscaping for enjoying outdoor living. The inside features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully ready kitchen with a computer desk. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave as well as a full size washer and dryer. There are lots of skylights and windows that make this a bright and cheerful home. The home also has air conditioning and high speed internet access including a wireless (WiFi) connection as well as space in the garage for your car. There is limited basic cable on the living room TV with a TV in the bedrooms as well. TV's include FREE instant movies from Netflix and Sling Live TV streaming.
Take a short 10 min walk or 3 minute drive to the Desert Hills Social Center. Enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis, shuffleboard, fitness room, classes and more. Tenant Cards for access to the Desert Hills Social Center are available at an additional fee.
There are numerous nearby golf courses and youâre only 18 miles from Tubac and 39 miles from Nogales, Mexico. Also less than a half hour away is Madera Canyon, a world-renowned location for bird watching.

Hi, thanks for looking at my home. I had a retirement plan was to an invest in quality vacation properties and make them available at fair prices and I love what I am doing.
I am a native to the state of Oregon where I still have a home. However a number of years ago I sought an escape from the chilly and damp northwest climate and fell in love with the desert Southwest. I now spend more than half of each year in my adopted new home.
I am a fun-loving outdoor person and enjoy the incredible diversity that southern Arizona has to offer and I hope you do too. It would be my pleasure to host you at one of my properties so you can experience this unique area.
