Come Social Distance with your family at this home away from home. We have WiFi and cable. Sleeps 16. Nestle in Cascade in the mountains, yet just a min away from restaurants and stores and the famous North Pole. Walk across the street and hike for hours along miles and miles of hiking trails. Be aware of your surroundings as there are bears, deer etc. Sit on the deck and drink a cup of coffee in the morning with an incredible view. The Fenced in backyard & patio is perfect for the family

The views from the front porch are beautiful. We enjoyed how close we were to everything on our sightseeing list.

This was a bit of a more traditional home if that’s your style. It was spacious and had all the necessaries. A lot more space than I expected.

Great Experience

Owner was fantastic to work with! When an appliance had issues, he was quick to respond to remedy the problem. When the first issue couldn't be repaired properly (holiday weekend), he took measures to ensure we were taken care of! He communicated well and quickly during our stay! The house was just what we needed! Would absolutely work with the owner again, or stay at the same house if I needed that much space.

Dirty House. Rude Host.

Pictures speak for themselves. Too bad I can only send 8. Great location but: Glass on floor which lodged in daughter's foot, toilet water on floor which we walked in at night, blood stains on pillows, unusable grill, mold in bathrooms, carpets and house dirty upon arrival. Host, Tony, cannot handle constructive criticism - incredibly rude and resorts to insults. Should not be part of VRBO team. I was refused requested partial refund. Rent at your own risk.

2025 Worst Guest award go to this guest! He stayed his entire stay with no complaints. Then after he checked out, he wanted to complain about everything! He wanted a refund after staying his entire reservation, that's called Theft! He is clearly a scam artist and has probably done this numerous times. Future Hosts, don't allow him to stay in your home, as he will try to scam you!

Family Trip

The home is a little run down on the inside and the beds need to be replaced. The basement tile was loose and the tile on the counters was falling off. The carpet needs to be replaced and there was dust in all of the vents. The pictures make the home look more updated than it actually is. Minus the cleanliness and the beds, it was a big enough house for my entire family to stay in. The property manager was very communicative and made the check in and out process easy. I would stay here again if the beds get replaced.

Samantha We wouldn't want you to stay again. Beds are brand new and this is a Cabin in the Mountains, so we don't put luxury carpet in the home. Please next time stay in a hotel and pay for 3-4 rooms per night until you can appreciate a VRBO Home. Hopefully future VRBO Owners won't approve you to stay so they don't get the same kind of review.

Great location

Nice house in a very scenic location close to many area attractions. The fabulous living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for our group of 8. Mattresses were not the most comfortable and the twin bed in the bunk room was unusable for an adult. Internet connection was intermittent, but that may be typical for the mountainous location. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We did have trouble getting an internet connection 2 hours before check-in when we were required to electronically sign the paperwork. No reason this could not have been done days in advance. Corporate Housing of America needs to rethink this policy.

Joyce Bunkbeds are for Kids! You might want to rethink your Cellular Provider if you can't get service, as this is not our fault. Verizon works really well in Colorado.

Overall, an okay stay.

The home was in a perfect location with easy and quick access to the highway. We loved the space and ease of moving throughout the home. The main issue/concern was with the owner and his communication. We got access to the home information (passcodes) after the check-in time. Also, we locked all the doors to the house which we weren’t supposed to do (given we were in a different state with all of our valuables inside) and our main entrance was supposed to be through the garage and not the front door which wasn’t stated. My family and I typically use the front door (the garage was not used to store our vehicles) so we locked the front door which typically all people do in America. When we realized that the front door did not have a key or the keypad didn’t work, we contacted the owner for further assistance and he came back reprimanding me and my family for doing such a thing. Also, nothing was stated in the house rules that the only entrance is through the garage. Something that could have been easily added. Other than that, we were happy with the stay.

Corporate Housing won't rent to these guests on any of our properties ever again. I would highly recommend other Hosts don't either. Typical "Entitled" Guests that took no responsibility for not using common sense and locking the only door into the home that they had access too, and wanted us to come fix their mistake immediately. We have lots of homes and most of them have different ways to enter them. We have had tons of guests and None of them had any problem and were smart enough that when we gave them the Garage code and not any other code, then their only way to enter our property was Thru the Garage. So it was totally fine to lock every door except the one they had access too, which why her statement didn't make any sense. If we didn't give you a code or key to front door, why would you think you would be using that door instead of the garage door? Hmmmm

Nice stay

For the price of the house it met our needs. Plenty of room for everyone not much extras but it was good for what we needed it for. The rules of taking your shoes off was a bit of inconvenience but we knew that when we booked it. There was a few dirty pans that needed to be cleaned before we could use them and mold in the master bathroom in the shower. It didn't really bother us just making mention of it. Also the TV cords are just duct taped to the wall, it's really a safety thing that needs to be looked into for children. Maybe something needs to be done so no accidents can happen or damage to occur. All of this was livable and nothing that would deter us from booking again. Overall I would give it a B rating.

Perfect for our stay!

This house was perfect for our large family group! They had everything we needed. Great location! Close to Pikes Peak and the North Pole. Short drive to Manitou Springs, Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. Some of us would start the day on the front deck with views of the mountains, while others enjoyed relaxing in the backyard at the end of the day. Will definitely stay here again!

Enough room for the group!

Overall great place. We had a large group and plenty of sleeping area to accommodate. Kids didn’t have much room to play outside but it was a beautiful setting! The owner, Tony, was good with communication when we had questions before booking and furring our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Homey

Location was great and home was very homey feeling. It was very clean when we arrived. The only complaint I have is that the downstairs was VERY cold. But other than that, it was great.

Comfortable Stay

Overall, our large group was happy with the home. It was not safe for infants, due to the stairs, so we had to buy a baby gate immediately after arrival. All plug sockets were exposed as well. I would suggest some baby proofing for future vacationers. The home was clean and we appreciated all of the extra blankets. The downstairs living area was perfect for the children to hang out in. The kitchen was well stocked, however, if you plan to cook for large groups, I would recommend bringing larger pots/pans/crockpots. The decor was beautiful and the view was amazing! The large windows upstairs provided the best views of the mountains, but shades/curtains would be nice for privacy.
