Enjoy the beauty of the Cumberland River when you arrive at our Condo !
We are less than 7 miles from the airport and 3/4 of a mile from Broadway. You will see the beauty and peacefulness of the river out the back patio, then walk out the front door in your BOOTS to Broadway for all the MUSIC and food your HEART desires.
We provide everything you need to feel like home while you enjoy Nashville ;-]

I am here if you need me just down the road, I respect your privacy and want you to enjoy your stay . Feel free to ask if you need anything !

Riverfront Park was established in the early 1980s to celebrate the rich history of the city’s river which dates back to the first settlers arriving by boat and land. A replica of the first settlement, Fort Nashborough stands in the park’s Bicentennial Park and is worth a visit while you’re there. Today, the park is known for its amphitheater and is a favorite outdoor venue for visitors and locals like. Also here, several pieces of unique public art are on display, including the striking Ghost Ballet for the East Bank Machineworks, located on the east bank of the Cumberland River. The sculpture is made of arched, red steel trusses that twist upward creating a disconnected spherical shape. At night, the sculpture’s center is illuminated by a neon fixture, giving it a gorgeous, eye catching glow.

You can park in our covered lot for FREE and walk to most all of the attractions around us !

You have the condo to yourself and have use of the pool , work out room and laundry room and an outdoor area with grills

2. Most desired is the trolly it goes all over Nashville Stop/ Pick up #1 is located at the intersection of 2nd Avenue South and Broadway. this is beside Rock Bottom Brewery, underneath their marquee a short walk from the condo.
3. We have bus transit as well if needed

We are an apartment style building so a commitment to being a good neighbor is important , occupancy limits and quiet hours are needed let's be respectful of others ;-] hopefully they will do the same.
Events and parties are not allowed without written approval and an additional fee .

The location was perfect - the hosts were amaizing and so easy to work with which was what we were hoping for. Both bedroom were a nice size, beds were super comfortable - We ordered Ubers both nights and very easy for them to find us - We loved our time!

The place smelled like sewer called to let them know they did nothing. Incorrect items and missing items in grocery order, and they said they would bring the items but they did nothing. Furniture in living room very old worn out very uncomfortable sitting on springs, area rugs in the bedrooms very very filthy was afraid to walk barefoot, the orchid lady showed up to spray while we were there barely knocked at the door, went to go see who was there and they were already unlocking the door and coming in before we even got to the door this was NOT OK NO ONE should have been scheduled to come spray while the place was being occupied. Needless to say will not stay here again.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the property. The location was convenient, check-in was smooth, and the space itself was comfortable and well-equipped for our needs. Communication with the host was easy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home.That said, the cleanliness could use improvement. The floors and showers had noticeable dirt, the vents were dusty, and the top bedding didn’t appear freshly cleaned. While these didn’t ruin our stay, a deeper cleaning before guest arrivals would really elevate the experience.With some attention to housekeeping, this property could be excellent. We’d consider staying again once those details are addressed.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice space for us and another couple. The beds were comfortable. The view of the river was great! We saw a few barges go through which was a fun experience. It was about a mile walk to Broadway where all the main bars/bands are. Other than the heat, it was an enjoyable walk. There are also scooters that can be rented which are all over that part of Nashville. We didn't try it, but looked like fun. I would stay again.

Nash Birthday Trip

This was my second time visiting Nashville, the air bnb was the perfect spot. 2 couples stayed here, plenty of room for everyone with a beautiful view off the balcony! Hosts were super accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Easy 20 min walk to broadway, but still simple to get Ubers if wanted. Pool at the condo was amazing , and super clean! Would highly recommend to stay here.

The location is excellent and we enjoyed watching the river traffic. We also like to take in a Sounds game and the ballpark is an easy 5 min walk. The condo itself was very comfortable.

This is a great location for access to downtown & all the popular places to visit. The first impression on approach isn't the best (the parking area & building work across the road) but the apartment was perfect for two couples, both bedrooms can be ensuite..Everywhere spotlessly clean, excellent kitchen facility & equipment, eating and seating area & scenic river frontage. Would happily book this if in Nashville again.

10 Minute walk to Broadway

This location is just a stone's throw from Broadway, making it super convenient to explore all the incredible breakfast, lunch, and dinner options nearby! We found ourselves strolling through the vibrant streets, soaking up the atmosphere and easily accessing lovely walking paths. It was an amazing experience filled with fun and laughter, creating unforgettable memories with the family!

Great location and space

Perfect location to walk to Broadway and the Nissan Stadium for events. House was well-appointed with everything needed to enjoy a weekend in Nashville. Highly recommend !

Nashville trip

We had a great time. The condo is located very close to downtown but away from all the party noise. It is next to the river, which gives you an interesting view, watching the trains cross and the boats and barges transit.

The property was in a nice quiet area overlooking the river. We enjoyed looking out at the river & the convenience to downtown. Owners were very responsive and provided us with suggestions on things to do with the house information We’d definitely stay here again

Perfect!!!

This place is wonderful and the listing pictures don’t give it justice. The view is so beautiful and serene. The beds and linens and pillows were so fresh and soft, which felt amazing after the amazing shower! The water pressure was superb and I don’t think my hair has ever been so clean! There were cute little groundhogs out back that visited and lots of birds. We loved watching all the boats. The only slightly negative was the couch was really worn in but we were so busy we only sat on it once. The beds made up for it! The kitchen was stocked well and the coffee maker and supplies were so nice, loved the little extra things like little creamers, map of Nashville, bottled waters, makeup wipes in bathroom. Oh the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash- luscious!! We had our 5 and 6 year olds with us and walked to a pizza place by the sounds stadium for dinner, that was fun and delicious. We took a cab to the Nissan stadium and it was $35 which was MUCH less than paying for parking at the concert. We watched/listened to the end of the concert on the balcony after tucking the kids in. The POOL! Gorgeous and right on the river! I felt so fancy. It was really perfect and will be staying there again. 10/10 recommend.

Bit of a walk to Broadway for the price. Couple of issues with tub/fridge but all in all, we had a fun stay in Music City!

Perfect spot for us!

Location was perfect! We were in town for the music city bowl game, we were able to walk to the stadium! It was only 1.4 miles. We walked to broadway for coffee one morning also, the rest of our trips we used Uber. The place was very clean & the beds were super comfortable! The kitchen was stocked well, and the coffee maker was great. Views of the river were a nice babkdrop. I worked remotely from the place a few mornings. It was a really nice stay. Highly recommend!!!
