Amenities include your own private entrance, keyless code, kitchen /dining area, coffee bar, microwave, pots, pans, utensils to cook, toaster, toaster oven, Belgian waffle maker, griddle, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, blow dryer, washer, dryer, laundry soap, iron, iron board, foosball, Roku TV.
Our space includes two bedrooms: 1st- 2 queen beds, 2nd- 2 queen beds. Enjoy some time out on the patio with a gas fire pit, grill and a cup of coffee or a delightful book. No pets, No smoking indoors.
We are 1 mile or less from HyVee, Aldis, Wal-Mart, Lewis, Texas Roadhouse, Scooters Coffee Shop & many other restaraunts, parks, gas stations, library, etc.
There are taxi and Lyft services available.
Absolutely NO alcohol parties, NO under age drinking, NO drugs, NO pets, NO smoking inside. If 21 and younger, proof of ID's will be required at check in. If there is under age drinking, you will have to pay a security deposit, the police will be called and you will have to leave immediately. Then, I will have to report you to VRBO.

Great place to stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was clean and provided what we needed for our weekend stay. It was in a great location for us and provided privacy and comfort during a family funeral. It was quiet and the owner was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Nice Area

It was a clean and comfortable stay. Everything was well stocked. Beautiful area of South Dakota. Nice neighborhood. Two large bedrooms with plenty of room for a family. Cute outdoor area to sit and enjoy the weather. Our host was gracious and kind. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here

We had a great stay here. The VRBO was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The host has put great effort in providing little extra things that makes the stay special. She was very quick to respond to our questions, and made sure we had what we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Cozy Corner

Aptly named, the Cozy Corner was comfortable and the amenities were perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the coffee bar and the outdoor area. The beds were perfect and our host was attentive and thoughtful. When we make another trip to Sioux Falls, we'll be staying at the Cozy Corner again.

Exceptionally well equipped for all your stay!

Lower half of house with privacy from owners on top. A good neighborhood close to shopping and interstate. Excellent for families with toys, laundry, and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and organized for every need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area.

Long weekend golf trip

Stayed here for a long weekend golf trip and couldn’t have been happier. It was clean, check in and out was as easy as possible! It was hot and humid all weekend but the place was nice and cool. All the amenities that you could possibly need. Loved the welcome snack basket. I would definitely recommend a stay here
