The location was absolutely perfect for our stay. I appreciated the hostess working with us on our reservation time. The house was very comfortable and fit with everything we needed.

The host went the extra mile to make sure our stay would be the most comfortable, my child has allergy to scents and dyes, i sent a message to the host inquiring about the detergent used and the situation, the host went in washed all the bedding in scent fre dye free detergent and messaged me to let me know that everything was ready to go. I absolutely love that they took that extra step to help our stay be amazing. The home was super clean and the host made sure all the information we needed to access the doors, wifi and such were clearly posted in the home and sent via email. I personally would recommend this home and host to anyone looking to book in the area.

Another Great stay!!! We enjoy the area, convenience to many things, and just overall everything that this house offers. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Everything you need to cook in this kitchen is available or just have coffee. The garage is a fantastic bonus, as well as the huge back yard. Thanks again, I am sure we will be back

Fantastic Spot

As a family with two young kids with asynchronous sleep schedules we decided for our trip to Sioux Falls to do something different than a hotel. We are so glad we found this place as it was perfect for us. The place was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed and felt like home away from home. Tammy was also super easy to communicate with both before and during our trip. I can say with certainty that next time we travel to the area we are going to cross our fingers that this place will be available!

Meet in the middle

Wonderful stay! My friend and i meet in Sioux Falls each year and this was one of the best stays. Communication with host was spot on. We enjoyed the house, yard, and garage. Everywe needed was there and the house was clean and welcoming.

Great home!

Very cute & cozy home. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was we couldn't find the local channels, none of us have Roku tv so weren't familiar with how to operate it. Very nice & quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located close to restaurants & shopping.located

Weekend away

Great place. Clean, nice and cozy. Excellent communication with owner. Only thing I’d change is maybe another comfy chair, like a glider rocker, in both living/family room (not enough seating for 5 people) and a mirror in the twin bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped.

Kevin and Tammy enjoy spending time with their family biking, hiking and being outdoors. The two of them just ventured into the world of property rental and look forward to working with you!

This property was our first home. We have finally outgrown it but decided we didn't want to let it go. We want to open it up and share it with everyone else. Please come and stay and enjoy the space. We enjoyed the neighborhood close to great schools and close proximity to shopping and restaurants in town. The house is in a great location close to parks and bike trails.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We felt this property has great space as a newly married couple and still had room to grow our family. We took advantage of the big backyard playing catch with a baseball, playing bean bags or sitting around the bonfire.
