RIMFIRE 460 - 1 BED; 1 BATH - BEDDING: Queen and a Queen Sleeper Sofa - This comfortable one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4. Located on the top floor with great views of the Village. Full kitchen, sleeper sofa, gas fireplace with deck, and outdoor furniture. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on. VILLAGE VIEW

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

Location is great and the place was very clean! We enjoyed the full kitchen and the bed was comfortable. We did have a problem with the WIFI, but they sent a maintenance man right away to resolve. I wish the underground parking was included in the stay though, that cost us 100. Overall, would stay here again!

First time at Snowshoe

The condo is cozy, right there in heart of the village. Excellent view from the hot tub. The was not a whole lot going on for the weekend we were there so lodge was very quiet, which is what we enjoy.

Perfect Condo for a small group

Great location, clean place-love that the condo is on the fourth floor with the laundry facilities. My only complaint is that there is no official lobby for the Rimfire units
we were confused checking in as to which building our unit was located-Rimfire North or South because there was no specification. If you need extra keys you have to drive back to Casago office location down the mountain. It was noted that we had use of ski lockers but never could find those. We asked other Casago guests on our floor and they had no idea either.There was also no parking instruction in any of the checkin materials.

This property was overall clean and in a wonderful location in the Village with quick access to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. The beds/sheets were not the most comfortable, and the sheet on the pull out bed was dirty. Other than these few issues, we really enjoyed our stay!

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
