Great location and priced right. Loved having a pool. Will be better when construction is completed. That is all we could see from our windows. TV could have been bigger as couldnt see channels well from our bed.

Clearwater GetAway Spring Break '22

We enjoyed our stay at this location. We were within walking distance of tons of restaurants and shops and the beach! We were gone most of the time and only in room to change and sleep. It was pretty quiet and the main office people were very friendly.

Great location!

You cannot beat the location for this Clearwater Beach stay! As far as cleanliness, I would say fair. The hallways were not the cleanest and cigarette smell was STRONG! For a nonsmoker, this stood out to me. The staff is beyond nice though. I would stay again.

Hello Heather. Thank you for taking the time to leave us review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We do apologize about the issue you experienced with the cigarette smell. All of our units here at Pelican Pointe are non-smoking. We have a smoking section located on our ground floor and remind all of our guests of our smoking policy. We do our best to ensure that this policy is followed, but unfortunately we cannot be ever-present. We hope you will come visit us again soon!
