Clean and very friendly staff We did have a problem with other customers very loud 2 am until 4 am security did talk to them but they still continue to be very loud!

We loved our stay at Pelican Pointe! The location was perfect—right across from the public beach entrance and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. My husband, our three kiddos, and I stayed in a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch, and it fit us perfectly. We really only used the space for sleeping and getting ready, but it was comfortable enough to relax in between beach time and dinner. Being right on the main strip made it super easy to walk to shops and restaurants, and the trolley was a great option too. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

We just wanted something close to the beach in walking distance to restaurants, shopping . This was great place for that. Its a little run down needing updated but they keep it very clean. If you need anything just ask the front dest and they will help. We are beach bums so it would be nice if maybe you would offer chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. Also, the sign for service on the doors should be magnetic. Everytime we open and closed the door it flew off. Just a few suggestions. Overall nice experience for us. Says it sleeps 6. Diffintly very small for that.

We appreciate your suggestions regarding beach amenities and the service or do not disturb signs. Currently, we have a common area by the ice machine where guests can find beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and pool floats left behind by previous guests for anyone to use. We're also working on having each room owner provide a set of beach chairs and umbrellas for their room, so hopefully, this will be available soon. As a small beach hotel and condo, we strive to offer cozy and comfortable accommodations. We understand it may feel compact for some parties. We try to post accurate room descriptions with photos so each group can decide if the layout will work for them or if they may need two rooms to spread out and have more space. Thank you again for your feedback. We greatly appreciate your suggestions as we are constantly working on improving and providing the best possible experience for our guests. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
