For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.

Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

Loved the boho decor in the condo! It was a very cozy space with cool extras like the essential oils diffuser. The condo is an older unit but the decor made it feel updated. I would definitely stay here again

We had the BEST Memorial Day Weekend stay! Brought our boat and enjoyed a day out on the water, spent two days out by the pool/ lazy river, and enjoyed the hot tub at night!! Our room was exactly what we needed and exactly as expected. The check-in/ check-out process was the easiest I've ever experienced. We cannot wait to book again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed the lazy river and other amenities. The room needs some upgrades. Toilets hard to flush, light fixtures need replaced, garbage disposal broken, and it would be nice to have recliners. Overall it was a nice place and would recommend to friends and family.

The pool slide was closed and under repair for the entire duration of our stay, which was disappointing. The bathtub faucet in the bathroom leaks onto the floor when it is turned on, and there was some mold present around the shower door that should be addressed.It also would have been helpful to have an extra roll of toilet paper provided. Most supplies lasted us the entire week, but we ran out of toilet paper during our stay.A clear checkout email or set of checkout instructions would have been appreciated. We have stayed at other properties that had specific checkout expectations, so it was unclear what was required here since no guidelines were provided.As feedback for the facility, guests should be allowed access to the indoor pool when the outdoor pool is closed due to weather. If that is not possible, there should at least be signage explaining that the indoor pool is also closed when the outdoor pool is unavailable.Finally, there is some minor wear and tear throughout the property. It did not impact our stay, but we were concerned that pre-existing damage could potentially be attributed to us or result in additional charges.Overall, we enjoyed our trip, but addressing these issues would help improve the guest experience.
