This beautiful mountain cabin/condo was perfect for us! It has such beautiful rustic mountain charm with a stone gas fireplace overlooking the north inlet that feeds into grand lake. This rental had a fully stocked kitchen with any dish/cup/pan you will need. The showers had endless hot water with amazing water pressure. The beds were fairly comfortable with nice bedding. There is a washer and dryer that works great as well. The proximity to town is incredible. You can walk right over to shops and restaurants. The scenery is incredible. There is only one TV in this rental, in the living room/kitchen area. A TV upstairs and in the master would be a welcomed addition after a long day out in the snow playing. The owners provided dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods and soaps in the shower. There were numerous pamphlets for exploring the area as well. Overall, this is a great and beautiful space to stay!

Perfect condo

My Dad and I took a quick trip to Grand Lake and this place was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable, with plenary of space; it was right on the river, and a super-easy walk to the middle of town.

Lodging ready for adventure or relaxation

We rented this beautiful property to visit RMNP, hike and just take nature in. It was the absolute perfect place for this! Waking up and having breakfast on the patio hearing the river running was rejuvenating. The. Getting to the national park was a 10 minute drive which let us visit it very early and avoid having to have the time entry to the park due to being so close. I can even see myself coming back during warmer months to enjoy some lake days swimming and chilling in the beautiful quaint town in Grand Lake, absolutely amazing place

Grand Lake Getaway

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time at this little condo in Grand Lake. The instructions for check were easy and direct. We had great view of the water behind the condo. The downtown area of Grand lake was in walking distance which made going out easy and enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this condo.

Loved it!

The place was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures! The loft was perfect for my two grand kids and they loved having their own bathroom. I appreciated having shampoo, conditioner & soap provided! The only two very minor issues were not having access to the river area and the floor fan did not work. I would highly recommend this place!!

Very hot weekend

Unfortunately we stayed on a very hot weekend 😫 so the condo did not have air-condition and only 1 fan and the screen door did not open very easy this door needs replacing every time someone would go on the patio we couldn't get it to close but the condo was in a great location easy walking access to downtown the master bedroom mattress needs to be padded a little better for my liking maybe a gel pad but beside all this i did enjoy my weekend in Grand Lake

Lovely condo

Patio and stream were relaxing. Kitchen furnished with all we needed. Beds comfy and a variety of types of pillows to use. Location to restaurants and shops excellent. Beautiful scenery for morning amd afternoon walks.

Riverside Condo #4

This was a nice and clean condo. Walking distance to down town. Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It has a nice little stream that runs close to the deck.

Nice condo. There was no AC so very hot and hard to sleep. Also beds are very uncomfortable. Lastly, water filter in fridge needs replacement

Another Great Stay in Grand Lake

We were last in Grand Lake and stayed at the same property eight years ago. This time we were in unit 4 on the second floor. The deck overlooked the Rapids whose constant sound was relaxing. The place to stay. Easy walking distance to shops/restaurants bars on Grand Avenue.

Excellent location

Excellent location! Walking distance to town, Gene Stover Lakefront Park and short drives to a ton of hiking. The River outside the condo is beautiful and peaceful. Condo was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our trip very much and would book this condo again in the future.

Fabulous!!! Loved the large windows that brought in all the views of the fall colors of the Aspens!! Opened the patio door and enjoyed the tranquil sound of the river flowing over the rocks ! Will definitely stay again

Great location walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Nice condo overlooking the rapids stream that leads into grand lake. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, checking in was a little concerning because cell service was spotty and codes to access condo were not provided until day of check in. We never received the WiFi password and there was no instructions for check out. The showers heads did not work in either bathrooms so be prepared to take a bath. The location made the stay worth the inconvenience.

Great location

Loved the sound of the water and easy access to town. Don't love booking a home via Vacasa. Much prefer to deal directly with the homeowners. The property lists a check out time of 11am. It is a hard 10am with no flexibility. There was no working coffee maker! And no games or cards to make this place more more fun and comfortable. Overall ok, but will book elsewhere next time.

Moutain River Sounds

Clean, comfortable, bright. Right on the Tonahutu River with big spruce trees and aspen just off the deck. Full-on Rocky Mountain experience. I will be back!
