Wonderful Condo in Grand Lake

We had a wonderful time in Grand Lake and the condo was perfect for us! Very clean and nice condo. So close to all the Grand Avenue and Lake shops, restaurants and activities.

Lovely stay in downtown grand lake. Perfect location and plenty of room in the condo to feel comfortable. Linens were stocked. Kitchen had enough pots/pans for general meals but did not supply any general/basic cooking staples.

Great Grand Lake Condo!

This condo is perfectly located in Grand Lake just a few minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo is very well equipped, clean, updated, and organized. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location that has everything that you need.

This condo had everything we needed for the half week stay... extra linens, washer & dryer, full kitchen, etc. It is in a great location, towards the beginning of town. Easy drive to RMNP, or food and gifts in downtown Grand Lake. The town is lovely, and the lake is beautiful. We would definitely choose this location again.

We had a very short stay for my niece's wedding, but I could see us enjoying this well-appointed condo for a longer stay in the future. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was timely and instructions were clear.

The apartment is a great place! My sister and I stayed a week and we were happy to be on the west side of the Rockies. The apartment is extremely clean and very well stocked. There was more than ample room for the two of us. We both had our own bedroom and bathroom which was such a plus! The beds were comfy. We enjoyed the fireplace a couple of evenings. I highly recommend this apartment!

With the exception of two aspects of this stay, our experience was favorable. These, though, were annoying.The first was that no sheets or towels were provided, It was necessary that we had to bring our own. We were aware of this going in, but it still detracted from our experience. The second is related: The three King beds are a real pain to make. They are low to the ground and have mattresses (foam) that are unwieldy to handle, especially because they are surrounded by a bed frame that makes it difficult to tuck in the sheets. I can see why the owners don't want to deal with it,
