INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach. 


All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).

What a wonderful space with a gorgeous gulf view! We've stayed in several Tidewater rentals through the years, but this was our first time visiting in June. While it was busier than we've previously encountered, we had a great time, despite the wait for an elevator. The pools were a big draw for our group, but the beautiful beach and the ocean waves were where we spent most of our time. The room was as described and all queries about details were promptly answered. We'll definitely be back!

The condo was in need of a lot of repairs ! Air didn’t work above 78 and they didn’t get it fixed until 2 days before we left. Water damage in bathroom and looked like black mold on ceiling in kitchen and living room.

My stay at pcb

Like staying there and has a good view of the ocean need better movies for theater. Pools and the the hot tubs were always full but over all a great stay.

It was exactly as advertised. The view was perfect. The condo fit our family of 6 great for our short little beach trip. Elevator was a pain, but I heard they’re replacing them. I would recommend!

20th Anniversary Get Away

We booked this trip last minute for our 20th wedding anniversary. The property was exactly as explained. We had a wonderful time. The owner was very responsive. We even got late check out on the last day. Definitely would you rent this property again.

Where do I start..... The elevator situation at this place is terrible. The biggest issue with this condo was the air condition. 72 degrees was the coolest temperature it would get to. We had to get the box fans out of the closets just to try and cool off to sleep at night. We even called the phone number to let them know and they said they wouldn't get to us until the next day. The faucet in the kitchen was broken and water was leaking out. Every time we left, we would have a puddle on the floor in the kitchen we had to clean up. The bed in the master made a loud noise every time you move which was really annoying. We will not be back.

Have stayed in lots of condos in area and would have to rate this one of the worst. Bathrooms dated and stained. The kitchen was the worst with the refrig blocking the counter top and half of the cabinets. But worst of all were the elevators, very long wait times and then they were full. Needs updating

The toilets need to be replaced. Both toilet seats have large worn out spots. Master bath toilet did not flush good. And, guest toilet was wobbly (not secure to floor). The master bed frame squeaked for any movement. Was not able to good night's sleep. You need a lot of patience waiting for the elevator every time you use it. The wait is horrible. You have to ride up to go down because they're slow and always packed.
