Everything was smooth from start to finish. Property just as described, check in was super easy, pool was great, and Philip was a pleasure to deal with and always replied quickly to any questions. Would stay here again no questions asked.

Catalina Get-a-way

We had a great stay. The only surprise was that there was no direct view of the mountains. You could see them in the parking lot but no view from the casita.The host was extremely helpful and accommodating!

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband, toddler and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo is furnished beautifully, remodeled, and well equipped. It’s a great location next to Ventana Canyon and close to Sabino, great restaurants, and La Encantada. We will be back!

Great stay

The property was clean and well maintained. Had been recently renovated. The communication with the property manager/owner was very good. Responded quickly to questions in a friendly manner. The only negative comment I would have is that the stove top didn’t have an exhaust hood so when you fried anything you had to open the doors to clear the air.

My guests and I were very pleased with all the updated features of this 3-bedroom condo. Loved the "smart lock" on the door. Philip was immediately responsive to any question or issue.

Quiet, clean and fantastic host communication

Location in foothills of Catalina Mountains in northeast Tucson area was great. Facility pool/spa and common grill are a one minute walk from rental. Complex was quiet and clean with easy access to shopping, hiking, restaurants, etc. Best of all Philip (host) provided excellent communications as well as prompt and much appreciated responses to our inquiries. Highly recommend!

Great location in the Tucson Foothills

We stayed at the property for several months, and proved to be in an extremely convenient location for us. The condo had been recently remodeled and was clean and comfortable, and as advertised. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Christmas in Tucson

Myself and my husband, our grown daughter and her boyfriend all enjoyed the casita! It was the perfect size for us. We did a lot of cooking and baking during Christmas and found everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. It was chilly in the evenings so the electric fireplace was an added bonus. It was a great location for driving up Mt. Lemon, hiking in Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East, and Dutchman State Park. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful, Quiet Condo in the Catalina Foothills

This condo is beautifully appointed and very clean. It is both sophisticated in style. yet warm and inviting. The layout was terrific for us with the great room between the master bedroom and the other two guest rooms. The condo itself and the community were quiet and tranquil. The location (just north of Kolb and Sunrise) afforded easy access to Sabino Canyon and all of Tucson. The host was very easy to work with and responsive. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Family Visit

This is a great casita! I was visiting from Virginia and stayed in the casita with my mother for a week. It was extremely comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The beds are comfy with nice bedding. My mother especially enjoyed the waterfall shower. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, which is a big plus for me - light sleeper. Philip was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely return!

Fantastic condo and great communication

Booked this rental last-minute when prior accommodations fell through when I was bringing my son to college at UofA. The place was newly renovated, very modern, well-equipped (including flat screen TVs in every bedroom) and clean. It is in a condo complex vs freestanding home like I usually rent but I knew that going in. Complex was quiet and felt safe. We didn’t have time to access the pool or gym on site. Less than 30 min to the university and airport. Overall great experience; would recommend.
