Fully equipped ocean front Condo located just 10 minutes south of town giving you a quiet place to decompress on your own private oceanfront deck.
Just a few short steps from the deck and you are on Los Venados beach. Whale watching is common December - March.
These is no better place to watch the famous Puerto Vallarta sunsets than from your own private deck while enjoying the peace and quiet with the sound of the ocean waves.
Los Venados beach is a rocky beach (No Vendors) with an incredible sunset view. A few steps to the south is a sandy beach with a protected lagoon offering fun safe swimming for the who family without fear of an undertow.
The rocky outcrops offer some of the best fishing from shore in the bay, be sure to bring your fishing rod
The fully furnished condo boasts two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and a wonderful ocean front deck to relax on for an undisturbed view of the ocean & bay.
The sunsets form the deck are incredible!
The condo has access to an unbeatable sunbathing deck overlooking the ocean and a small private community pool to relax in.

While many of the distances to the local fun and hot spots may be really close. We would advise avoiding bicycles between the condo and town along the main (and only) road Coastal Rt. 200. It is winding, has no safe shoulders for bicycles and just isn't worth it. Taxis and Ubers are plentiful and inexpensive.
There are plenty of organizations and places around the bay for safe biking. Utilizing the bus is another great fun option and there is a bus stop next door to the condo. Utilizing the public transportation lets you relax and avoids trying to find a parking spot, saves you money and you can safely enjoy that second Margarita!

The most important thing to remember about the Solamar complex is that it is a residential building and disturbances are NOT taken lightly. The other residents of this building work hard to maintain a beautiful quiet location to enjoy the views and the beautiful weather, please help continue the tradition.
There are lots of places in Puerto Vallarta to Party all night and let it go, Solamar is not one of them.

The building is a gated community and for every one's safety, the complex maintains a 24-hour security officer as well as CC monitoring public areas and complex and building entrances.

Be aware that ALL beaches in Mexico are public, and while the rocky shoreline in front of the complex inhibits the vendors, you will see locals fishing or diving in front of the unit.
