The large private balcony facing Banderas Bay has patio furniture on which you can lounge while enjoying stunning ocean views and mesmerizing sunsets with a glass of wine or your favorite Mexican beer.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. Meals can be served at the indoor dining table with seating for 4. Featured as well is a plush sofa that you can use while watching your favorite Netflix shows on the Smart TV (you need to enter your Netlix account).
The master bedroom faces the ocean and has access to the private balcony. Blackout curtains, a comfortable king-size mattress, and an ensuite full bathroom will guarantee you'll feel right at home.
The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a huge closet space, and a smart TV. An additional full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom.
A washer and dryer are located inside the condo and are available for guests.

Welcomed by Murial who was always available. Responded very promptly to questions, etc. Stunning views 24/7! So grateful to be on the ocean. Very clean! Comfortable beds. Water temperature control is an issue in bathrooms. If more dishes were available, you would not need to use the dishwasher every day.Patio furniture needs an update as far as comfort is concerned.These are things that can easily be fixed. Drip from condensation in master bedroom dangerous as the floor can get slippery. Next to impossible to get a lounge chair if u r not there by 9:30. Far too many people own them for the day. I’m not sure what can be done to change this.In spite of these minor issues, loved every minute of our stay.

1. Outstanding pre check in communications2. Outstanding-Property management company rep met us at the unit to do a walk through3. Negative-The access road to the site is unpaved, full of potholes, no sidewalks. For a person with a handicap, wheel chair bound would be very difficult to navigate. Really detracts from the property.4. Negative-The security station is small, if 2-3 cars are trying to access, gets difficult to move. Poor design5. Good-Parking, plenty of spaces as most people are flying into PV, we drove.6. Security-Good in pool area, didn't see any in parking lot. Typical pool-people saving chairs early with towels. No enforcement. Security is focused on entrance to beach and the moving of pool furniture.7. Good-Beach access8. Outstanding-The unit has a great view, good layout. Master bathroom lacks mirrors. Had frosted glass walls, so might be a feeling of lack of privacy, depending on your comfort level.9. Well stocked kitchen in terms of cooking10. You are renting a condo. There are no restaurants, snack bar, bar, scheduled activities that you would find in a timeshare resort. 11. Large supermarket about 10 minutes away.12. We stayed 5 days, during that time there was no cleaning service. Not sure if it was an option.13. The picture of the site needs to be updated as there is now another building on site.14. Complex is quiet.

• The listing does mention that the access road to the complex is currently unpaved. While this is outside of our control, we understand how this may be inconvenient, especially for guests with mobility considerations, and we appreciate you highlighting it.
• The check-in process has since been updated. It is now completed in the main lobby, which is more spacious and comfortable, rather than at the security station.
• Housekeeping service is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
• While there is a newer building within the complex, the view from the unit’s balcony remains unchanged, maintaining its open ocean view as shown in the listing.

Beautiful condo with lovely view
As my title states, we were very happy with the condo and the amenities, pools, beach. However there’s a huge condo going up adjacent to the property which creates a lot of noise, sun up to sun down, as well as dust and dirt. The area surrounding the property is like a war zone, dust, dirt, no good place to walk, chickens, wild dogs, garbage, etc. it’s not close to many restaurants or shops. Even so, I love Mexico and will go back. However, I need to be in a better location. Just being honest.

Water Heater
Beautiful condo in an excellent location. Everything as advertised. However, at the very start of our 12 day stay we reported a leaking water heater to the property manager. We spent the next 10 days moping the floor, emptying water buckets and switching on and off the water heater and sending multiple messages to the property manager. The communication was good at the start. The water heater was replaced 10 days later. Unfortunately we had problems getting consistent hot water and had cold showers.
The complex is beautiful and very well kept with wonderful security. The unit is beautiful as well. It's such a pity that this issue took so long to rectify, other wise it would have been 5 stars.

We understand that this issue caused significant inconvenience for you, however, we would like to clarify that as soon as we were made aware of the issue, we immediately arranged for the water heater to be replaced. We also want to bring to your attention that although the leak was minimal, consisting of only occasional drops, it required significant effort to rectify completely. We were mindful of not disrupting your vacation and therefore placed a bucket beneath the heater as a temporary measure. Unfortunately we couldn’t offer a refund as you wished, as the problem was solved very quickly, but we did offer a complimentary transportation service to the airport for you and your family as a gesture of our appreciation.
We take all guest feedback seriously, and we will be working with our property manager to improve the communication and repair process for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back soon.

Beautiful condo. Stunning views!
Property was very clean, well maintained. Great location on quiet beach. 10-15 min walk from many tasty restaurants. Grocery store very close as well. Condo was also well stocked with appliances and utensils. Our only complaint was the strict rules at the pool. I wish these were communicated more in the description of the condo. No music, no regular beach towels, no pool toys for our kid. Minor in the grand scheme of things but could make a difference to others. The condo says it’s family friendly but there were barely any other children here. Mostly retired couples who like it quiet by the pool. In fact one man yelled at my kid for roaring like a dinosaur in the pool. The host company also didn’t respond to texts I had sent during our stay. But was otherwise great for the checkin process. Other than those small problems it was a beautiful place and we had an amazing vacation.

Pretty room, needs improvement
The good:
Modernized condo, great view of ocean, comfortable bed, nice layout of condo, upgraded appliances, nice to have washer and dryer.
The bad: location is decent, but walking in and out of a dusty construction road is the only way in/out.
I knew there was construction nearby, but I underestimated it’s impact. The photos or description of the room do not portray the impact of the construction on view, privacy and the pool area.
The ugly:
Whole place infested with ants. Really couldn’t use the kitchen because ants would literally overtake us.
Hot water heater was completely unreliable. We had days without hot water. Tried to get in contact with the concierge on this issue. We literally had about half of our time with no hot water. When the concierge got my messages about this, she was kind, told me she would see if there was a way to compensate for our inconvenience. A week later, no follow up on this.
Overall, I wouldn’t choose to go back to this property.

Regarding the short construction road you mentioned, we want to highlight that this information is included in the listing notes with additional pictures, to make guests aware of this aspect before booking, we regret to know it wasn’t quite explicit for you. Nevertheless, it's important to note that the road is still completely accessible for both walking and cars, ensuring convenience despite its rugged terrain. As well as the construction taking place in the facilities, the note is clearly stated in our listing and the rates have been accordingly reduced because of that. While we are unable to precisely reflect the impact of the construction, as it varies depending on the current stage during visits, it's worth noting that the construction is currently in an advanced stage, and we have not received any recent complaints from other guests.
The ant infestation and hot water heater issues are not reflective of the high standards we strive to maintain. We have already initiated an immediate inspection to address the ant problem, and our maintenance team is working diligently to resolve the hot water heater's reliability issues.
Please allow us the opportunity to rectify these issues and restore your faith in our property. We value your feedback and would love another chance to provide you with the exceptional experience that our guests deserve.
