Well appointed and tasteful

We would recommend this lovely condo across the street from a beautiful beach. Very well cared for grounds and friendly people staying there. We enjoyed our February and there is so much to do close by.

Check in was a breeze. Condo was very clean. View of ocean from patio. Host was quick to respond. Plenty of room with large living room/dining room and master bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with what is required to cook. No negatives. Sandie was great to deal with.

I gave a 4 star. The condo was nice and comfortable. The parking lot not so much. It was small and cramped. Very difficult to get in and out and at times there wasn't anywhere to park. And there are way too many rules for the condo. Mainly for the pool. It's great for adults but not really for kids. They want the kids to be quiet and not actually play. Other than that, everything was fine. Great location.

During the summer months the condo can get quite busy. The owner garage around the corner is a great option when it is busy like that. As stated in the listing this is a quiet condo,but children are allowed to play and have a fun time. Just no diving in the pool or ball throwing is allowed.

Spacious unit, good furniture except beds, adequate appointments, limited consumables, maintenance suspect. Had one immediate problem we spoke to as AC unit sounds like a jet turbine spooling up and down. Too numerous communications, never fixed after 7 weeks.

Peter, We communicated numerous times about all your issues. We were prompt on responding to your a/c complaint from the beginning. I was fortunate enough to have a company come out, access the situation and get parts ordered right away. As explained to you, the parts were back ordered due to covid and the 2 recent hurricanes in Florida. (We had devastation everywhere here and I couldn't help notice you were so disgruntled when there was so much worse going on all around us with hurricane issues.) As soon as they came in we replaced the parts to try to appease your noise issue. We were happy to try to accomodate you as we do all our guests. We go out of our way to make all our guests happy. Nothing we did worked for you unfortunately. This a/c unit has been in the unit for over 2 years without any complaints. We addressed all your issues promptly including replacing lights. You never seemed to be appreciative of any of our efforts to appease your demands. - The beds have never been an issue with any of our guests. - You also forget we do not take dogs and we made an exception for you. - You were extremely demanding before you booked and during your entire stay. Even with the extra discounted stay. - You also had unapproved guests staying for a length of time without letting us know first. (This is why I rated you low on following house rules.) - As far as consumeables, guests during lengthy stays typically bring their own. We supply the basics including a fully stocked coffee bar. Your wife was so pleasant to talk to and very kind.

We booked the specifically because we wanted a serene private quiet vacation... NOT!

We were misled to believe it's peaceful but this place has been under construction for many months .... we weren't told any of this. It was awful!! Jackhammering and concrete saws from the beginning of daylight ... 😩 NEVER again! Soooo disappointed ...

I’m sorry this happened while you were here. As I mentioned to you with the construction it was difficult to get anything scheduled and we were all left in the dark for well over a year on construction dates. We weren’t misleading we just didn’t know and unfortunately it began the week you were here. It’s unfortunate for all that this happened. I also gave you the opportunity to put you up in another beautiful location that I own and you turned it down. I felt awful that this was going on. You made the decision to stay. I did my best to reach out to the crew to get information for you and happy I was able to discount your stay. If I had known they were starting construction I would have reached out to you and let you know sooner. It’s not my intention to leave anyone in the dark. As you can tell by the space and all the extra amenities I do my best to make anyones stay a great one. Just unfortunate this has happened during your stay. But please understand this goes on at condominiums by the seaside to ensure the safety of the owners and future guests. That is the utmost importance here and I am glad that our condominium association goes to the lengths for the safety of us all.

Beautiful Beachy condo

The condo is beautiful with beachy colors and decors. Kitchen has excellent up to date appliances. Master bedroom is huge with a private on-suite bathroom. We had 5 adults and 2 teenagers in the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us. Fair warning - the road to get to the beach is very busy so you need to be careful crossing. The pool is also very cold and has lots of rules (no floaties, toys, food, beverages, etc), but they were lenient with the guidelines during our stay.

Clean, relaxing, amazing location

We were looking for a Spring Break getaway that would be family friendly. We had never visited or stayed near the Daytona area but wanted to try it out. The host is very nice and accommodating! We flew from home and due to this we did not bring large items for the beach. She provided several beach towels and beach chairs, an umbrella, and also a bucket with tools for my daughter to play in the sand. She checked in with us throughout the trip to see if we had any needs. The condo itself is very clean and updated. The kitchen has what appears to be all new appliances. We found that there was nothing that we were in need of regarding the kitchen utensils and cookware. We were very impressed with the location. From the entrance you walk into a hall way which leads you into the kitchen. From there you walk into the living room area. At the end of the living room there is a sliding glass door which leads out onto a patio. The pool is just a few feet away and you have ocean views as well. If you have small children do not let this deter you. The glass door is heavy, so it is unlikely your chid will be able to open it on their own (our 8 yo had difficulty), and the pool and courtyard are completely fenced with top latches on the gates. We found that we enjoyed being on the main level because it made it easier to travel to and from the pool/beach with our pool/beach gear rather than walking up and down steps each time. The rest of the complex is appears to also be well kept and the other people there were very nice. The beach atmosphere is very calm and quiet. It is definitely family friendly. There were maybe 3-4 other families within a 50 yard area at any given time. There were several beach walkers and a few surfers. We were able to social distance without any issues. We were able to see all sorts of sea life from crabs to dolphins. We did drive down into Daytona to eat and go to an arcade. After doing this I would definitely recommend staying in Ormond or Ormond By The Sea rather than Daytona if you are traveling with smaller children. If you are wanting a quiet, relaxing, clean, enjoyable stay then this is it.

A spotless condo awaits you. Across from the beach it has everything to make you comfortable during your stay. The residents are very friendly and the property is quiet at night. What more can you ask for.

Wonderful time!!

We had an issue in booking thru air bnb, so Sandra helped me locate the same property thru VRBO, and then she did ana amazing job making sure we could get it, as well as helping me thru the process. Excellent communication throughout the entire process, and we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. So many places you stay, the pictures are better than the property. Not so here. If anything, it was nicer and cleaner than the pictures showed. Equipped with everything you need to stay, clean as a whistle, and a wonderful location made it a great stay. We'll definitely be getting this place again whenever we travel to the beach!!

All that we could ask for!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's condo on the beach. We had a last minute change of plans for Thanksgiving and had to find something quickly. This place was beautiful clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all.
