Studio d'efficacité avec toutes les commodités.
Maximum de 2 personnes dans cette unité. Le locataire doit avoir au moins 25 ans, conformément aux règles de la copropriété. Pas de route à traverser! Situé sur la plage! Il s’agit d’un studio au 2ème étage avec balcon privé donnant sur la plage et l’océan. Situé directement sur la plage, tout nouveau lit escamotable queen-size avec matelas à mémoire de forme. Parking sur place, WIFI, télévision par câble et service téléphonique inclus. Petite piscine sur la propriété. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. NON FUMEUR dans les unités. La cuisine sera réaménagée en septembre 2019. Eric était votre partenaire principal précédent pour cette location.

Cette unité a une vue directe sur la plage et est de 357 pieds carrés. Le bâtiment a des marches en bois à la plage directement en face de cette unité. Ou détendez-vous à la piscine! Des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, des tapis de plage, un parasol et un auvent sont inclus dans le logement pour votre usage exclusif .. En plus de la télévision par câble, des chaînes Netflix, Prime et Pandora sont disponibles. Nous avons l'intention de maintenir ou de dépasser les normes élevées des propriétaires précédents et de fournir la meilleure expérience de location possible! La société de gestion est utilisée pour coordonner localement les problèmes de maintenance et de nettoyage.
Je définirai le total des besoins en location lors de ma première réponse à toute demande de renseignements. Des frais d’événement peuvent s’appliquer pendant les «semaines de course» et «bikeweek». Veuillez me contacter pour toute date de semaine «événement» modifiée que vous souhaiteriez, plus ou moins longue. Bikeweek nécessite un minimum de 6 nuits. The host were very thoughtful and make sure if you forgot anything they probably already have it there for you. They think of everything. They are also available for any problems and very understanding. The staff on site were also very friendly. We enjoyed staying here. It was more private than the other nearby beaches.

The amenities were fantastic. It was especially nice to have some snacks ready for our arrival after cancellations and delays. Left our house 3pm. Arrived 6am the next day. Everything was clean and the view out the balcony was perfect. He was very responsive to each of our requests.

Let me start by saying this place exceeded expectations. It smelled clean and they had the Alexa playing music to welcome you when you come in the door. You can definitely tell they have their guests in mind and they care. Water was in the fridge, little bag of snacks, some toilet trees in the bathroom. The bed was comfy. Heck they even offered aromatherapy pods for a relaxing shower. They are responsive and communicate and reply quick. I would definitely recommend this little spot and would stay here again. Wonderful Hosts ! Can’t thank you enough!

James and Sonya are fantastic. This is the cleanest condo with a great view of the ocean. Hosts are very easy to contact and take care of you the entire time. We highly recommend this property. Great stay!

We needed a little relaxation after 8 days at Walt Disney World. Great little unit, extremely clean and had everything you would need. Close to good restaurants as well. The unit faced the ocean and the beach was literally right outside. Great communication with the host as well. Zero problems and a wonderful way to unwind after Disney!

Everything was wonderful! Well stocked with items that you may have forgotten to bring. Great landing spot for shoppers. Close enough yet quiet location.Will definitely book again!

This property is very comfortable. Great location. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. The hosts provided info for things locally. There were specially folded washclothes, towels,and a tissue flower attached to the bath tissue to pretty up the bathroom. A very nice touch!

A favorite beach weekend spot for us!

We found this gem in 2020 and we keep coming back every summer before our son goes back to school. we love how its right on the beach and also love that is in Ormond Beach but still close enough to Daytona Beach for the bigger things. The hosts are always so sweet and go above and beyond, and you can really feel their passion to make sure that your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. ❤️

The Perfect Getaway

The studio was a perfect getaway for what we were looking for. The owners have stocked the rental with everything one might need .The gift package left in studio was a pleasent personal touch. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee priceless.. We look forward to returning to this little gem on the beach .

Cozy Perfection

Alot packed into this sweet little place on the ocean. Owners provide many amenities and comfort supplies. You can tell they put alot of thought and effort into how to decorate and equip this cool little pad. Big thumbs up.

Ormond Beach Oceanfront Studio

My wife and I spent a wonderful two nights in the oceanfront studio. Jim was an excellent host. The studio included everything needed for spending a day on the beach. Jim let us know the Falcon 9 rocket was to launch from Cape Canaveral Friday evening. We had an unbelievable view of the launch from the balcony of our room! I highly recommend this property!

A Little Slice of Heaven

I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The owners left nothing out! They even left us an anniversary surprise. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony watching the waves. I have never stayed anywhere that you were literally this close to the beach. It was clean and comfy and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We will absolutely be back. We have talked about making this at least a yearly (if not more) trip. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

Excellent in Every Way

This was our second stay at this little gem of a beachfront apartment. We have already booked a third stay. And a fourth. The apartment is beautiful, squeaky clean, and beautifully appointed. The Murphy bed is easy to operate and has a deliciously comfortable mattress. The pretty little kitchen is remarkably easy to maneuver. Jim and Sonya are charming hosts. But most of all, this apartment is about the view, which is absolutely spectacular. Thank you, Jim and Sonya, for sharing your perfect little space.

Cozy Beach Getaway

Our stay at Symphony was wonderful. The studio was clean and modern with everything furnished and then some. We actually would not have had to bring anything except our clothes! There was extra of everything from toiletries, to a fully furnished kitchen with lots of spices and other condiments, gourmet coffee, a bag of candy waiting for us and a bottle of Spanish wine. We have never used a pull-down bed, but it turned out to be quite nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine or our coffee in the morning, gazing out at the beautiful beach and ocean. The property was very quiet and the housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. I could go on and on about the amenities but the review would be way too long! It is obvious that the owners try very hard to please their guests. We will definitely stay here again.

Moved to FL six years ago from MA and moved to Tampa area. Worked at Trader Joes in St Pete until retiring in January. Upon retirement we decided to move to Ormond Beach in order to be closer to our two rental properties. We can now devote all our energies into giving our guests the personal service they deserve.

As much as we enjoyed the Gulf, Sonya and I missed the ocean waves of New England. We made many trips to the east coast of FL before we discovered Ormond Beach. We fell in love with the area and discovered Symphony Beach Club, where we eventually purchased two oceanfront units. Our goal now is to share our million-dollar view with our guests!

Unit is located in a quiet peaceful 33 unit building directly on the beach. Out of the 33 units, only 12 are oceanfront. Located on a bus route with easy access to area attractions. Both of our oceanfront units differ from the other studios in the building because we strive to give our guests a 5 star experience every time. We excel at giving our guests outstanding service, paying attention to birthdays and anniversaries they might be celebrating. We clean and inspect both of our units personally to make sure the studios get the attention necessary to impress our guests.
