Large master bedroom with new California king bed, private bathroom, and balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

2nd Bedroom has 2 single beds and large LED TV.

Recently renovated including new bathroom, tvs, and new flooring in bedrooms and living areas. Kitchen includes, appliances, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, flatware.

Wifi, Led TV's throughout, shaded balcony overlooks the ocean, beautiful private pool, on site laundry, close to area shopping and restaurants, including a Publix across the street

Beach view unobstructed however some construction going on on the outside of the building. Amenities were great and true to pictures. Recommended restaurants were excellent and a short drive away. It was nice having a grocery store across the street. We also tried the pizza place across the street and it was very good. Great communication with owner. Would definitely rent from again.

An awesome place to stay!

Kevin and Lori were amazing hosts, they were communicative, super accommodating and flexible! The place was clean and comfortable. The location is just stunning with awesome views! It was a great stay and I hope to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit at the Indies House! We had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and it was so convenient to shopping and places to eat. The hosts, Kevin and Lori, are easy to communicate with. Even checking on us a few hours after check-in to make sure everything was good.

Perfect spot on the beach!

We loved this place! It was the perfect size and location for the four of us. 2nd floor with a dual access balcony looking directly at the beach. We set up our tent right in front of the condo everyday, and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Great kitchen, great living and eating areas, great beds, great balcony, great all around. We’ll be back!

Wonderful property!

So glad we booked this property! Right on the beach with amazing views. Comfortable bed, great internet service with smart TVs, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen (with spices and everything,) beautifully decorated, designated parking, laundry on-site, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed Southern food at the Rose Villa and exploring the scenic loop drive. This was the last leg of our trip to Florida and this rental helped things end on a high note!

Great family beach trip!

We absolutely loved this condo! The pictures online don’t do it justice, it is beautiful and spacious…I’ve never seen such a huge bedroom in a 2 bedroom condo! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and tons of stuff to take to the beach! You can’t beat the location, nice and quiet but near everything! And the weather and waves were perfect! We will definitely be back!

Spacious & comfortable

We loved our stay at Lori’s condo. Super comfortable & everything we needed was readily available. The property is well cared for and perfect for a beach vacation. The room setup was perfect for 4 adults to have their own room/bath. We loved the proximity to shopping & restaurants in OB. Our hosts were very communicative & helpful even with our late arrival due to ice storms & delayed flights. We would absolutely stay here again.

A great place for retired folks

Quiet and well-located within the city of ormand beach. No loud parties and noise. Restful and relaxing. Beach was never crowded. Convenient with grocery across street. Easy access to the pool and beach with minimum stairs. Elevator and luggage cart available by the entrance.

Perfect setup for a quiet beach trip for our family

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and in a great location, with a grocery store and local restaurants nearby. The owners were helpful and made sure we could access the property and didn’t have any questions. The two bedrooms / two baths / three beds was the perfect setup for our family. We enjoyed the balcony with a direct view to ocean and the heated pool. The building laundry facilities were easy to use, clean, and convenient by the pool. We’d stay here again!!
