Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.
Guest will need to sign a waiver of liability/hold harmless agreement for the use of the pool. Guest will hold the hosts, property manager, owner hold harmless for the use of the pool


We have a security camera/recording device in the front door monitoring only the front door and driveway for your safety.

Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Pool Heat is $30 per day plus tax. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

PET FEE (for entire stay, not per day):
$250 for the 1st pet. Please select `Pet` when you book;
$125 +tax for each additional pet. We will send you an invoice for more than 1 pet after you book.

No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

NO SMOKING or any other smoking-like-activities in the house.
$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
