Cet Ă©tablissement est situĂ© au Windsor Palms Resort (le premier lieu de vacances en Floride), juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'autoroute 192 (ouest), Ă  proximitĂ© de World Drive. SituĂ©e dans une communautĂ© fermĂ©e avec une porte de sĂ©curitĂ© ouverte 24h / 24, cette maison est Ă  moins de 5 miles de Disney, Ă  25 minutes de l'aĂ©roport international, Ă  15 minutes de Sea World et Ă  20 minutes de Universal Studios. À moins de 5 minutes de la NOUVELLE Margaritaville (ouverture au printemps 2019). Le parcours de golf Mystic Dune est situĂ© juste en face de l’entrĂ©e Windsor Palms.

Cette villa récemment mise à jour dispose de quatre chambres et de 2 bains. La chambre principale king-size avec salle de bains privative donne sur la piscine privée et le bain à remous, les chambres queen-size, les chambres lits jumeaux et les chambres avec lits superposés (des chambres lits jumeaux sur le dessus et sur le fond). Buanderie juste à cÎté de la cuisine (laveuse et sécheuse). Cuisine à manger et salle à manger. Salon avec portes coulissantes donnant sur la piscine et le bain à remous. Piscine et bain à remous (sans supplément pour chauffé) Table de billard pleine grandeur située dans le garage attenant. Un barbecue au propane et un barbecue au charbon sont fournis. (le propane et le charbon de bois ne sont pas fournis)

HD TV dans le salon, 32 pouces dans la chambre King. Utilisation gratuite de DVD, vidéos, jeux de société et livres de lecture. Internet sans fil gratuit dans la maison.
La villa possĂšde sa propre piscine chauffĂ©e privĂ©e / blindĂ©e / Ă©clairĂ©e et son spa, dotĂ© de meubles de jardin et d’un large choix d’activitĂ©s de piscine pour tous les Ăąges. Cette piscine est orientĂ©e vers le sud et bĂ©nĂ©ficie du plein soleil toute la journĂ©e. TrĂšs dĂ©solĂ©, mais les animaux ne sont pas autorisĂ©s, pas de fumer dans la propriĂ©tĂ©.

Perfect home from home

This house was the perfect retreat. The home owners communicated promptly when ever we had questions and the process was 100% smooth. This house truly felt like a home rather than a holiday rental - was spotless and comfortable. Already looking at future dates for our next trip!

Great option for volleyball nationals stay!

The house was exactly as depicted in photos and the clubhouse was a great plus. I had regular contact with Kim the house owner and she was very prompt in responding. Overall, we loved it and would stay again if the opportunity presented itself!

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks in July/August. The house was in excellent condition and well maintained. We have stayed in numerous villas on Windsor Palms over the years and find the location excellent.This home was spacious and great for our family and had everything we needed in terms of utensils and towels. The pool was great and we enjoyed spending quality time around it whilst resting from park activity.Broadband and TV channel selection was excellent.We had no issues with the villa and would book again. The hosts provided all details for access clearly and were on hand for any questions.Great vacation.

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful besides it raining on us a few days. Didnt let it get us down. The home is beautiful and is within a couple min drive from walmart and all kinds of restaurants, gift shops. Owners and very responsive to any questions or concerns you have. We are a family of 5 and there is plounty of space in the home for everyone to be comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Everything you could wish for!

What can I say? Everything about the villla, location, community and amenities were all excellent as was the communcation with Tim and Kim answering any queries we had before our arrival. Very easy to find and check in was very smooth, even at the time we finally arrived after midnight.Great location, easy to navigate to from the airport and close enough to all the parks and other fun stuff besides.Highly recommended!

Excellent Property p

This property was excellent, a home from home. It was very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five. It is is very close to the Disney parks which took the stress out of travelling. Being a gated community made us feel very safe. Would definitely stay here again and owners were great with their communication.

We had such a lovely time at Tom’s house. The communication was stellar, location ideal for park hopping, and a comfortable and well appointed property. We plan to stay again if we go back down to visit Mickey!

Communication with the owners was superb, nothing was too much bother. All details regarding the checkin etc were timely and excellent. The villa itself was in a brilliant location which made getting to Disney really fast. Everything about the villa was super.

Perfect rental

My family stayed here for our Universal and Disney trip. It was absolutely perfect from the pool to the hot tub to the comfort of the beds. Very clean house. Highly recommend and will definitely book again on our next Florida vacation!

Great house

We loved our stay. House was comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We loved having our own private pool and the size was perfect for the 4 of us. Took us no more than 20 minutes to get to the Disney parks which was great. We definitely recommend and will book again!!

Nothing but positive things to say about the house. Situated in great location for access to WDW and amenities along 192, we traveled with a 9month old and 2.5year old. Kim and Tom were very good from booking all the way through check out. Would love to go back

My parents have rented this home for the past couple of years from John. This past time my husband and I went to join them for a week after hearing such wonderful things about the area. We had made the decision that we wanted to purchase a home that would allow my parents to spend some time out of our long New England winters. After researching multiple resort communities and viewing many homes, the 4 of us decided that the home we were in was what we all wanted. My Mom sent a message to John to ask if he thought of maybe selling. Much to our delight, his answer was Yes. So we are now proud owners of this wonderful vacation home.

John has rented this home for many years and has a list of repeat renters just like my parents. We intend to keep up the wonderful hospitality that John offered. So with that, we would Love for You to Be Our Guests.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location and the resort community are what makes this vacation home unique. Within a half hour from leaving a major attraction you could be back at your vacation home, in your bathing suit hanging out at your private pool and hot tub, relaxing after a long day at the park. If the kids still have any energy left they can be swimming, or playing games at the house, or up to the club house for many activities (game room, playground, basketball, volley ball, tennis).

If you are a Golfer there are many Golf courses around. Mystic Dune Golf Course is right across the road from Windsor Palms.

If you love the beaches, this location is centrally located to get to the Atlantic side for Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach (1 hr 20 min) or to the Gulf side for beautiful Clearwater Beach (1 hr 50 min)
