Updated one bedroom, second level, overlooking the golf course and pool area. Sandpiper Cove is located on 43 acres in the heart of Destin with 1100' of beach front and harbor & canal access. Popular 9 hole par 3 golf course, 5 pools (2 heated in winter) 3 hot spas, 6 tennis courts.Pickle Ball Courts. Canal docking by reservation as available, boat slips on harbor as available. On site boat launch. Seasonal beach chair service and snack bar available on private Beach! Gourmet harbor front Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant on-site too that is all on sand piper cove available! This condo features sleeping for 4 adults and 1 child with one bedroom with king sized bed, one queen sleeper sofa in the living room and one convertible ottoman single bed in dining room. Kitchen, dining and seating for 6 using the table and bar. 2 balconies for views of the pool/golf course and sunsets. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.

This location is excellent. Across the street from Publix/target so made it easy to get essentials as needed. Close to some of the “night life” things like AJs and coyote ugly if you are looking for that. The private beach access was so nice and well worth it. The place itself is upstairs so something to keep in mind if you have accessibility needs. But it was clean and cool and the host had great, proactive communication. They even left us a bottle of champagne as a welcome. Would definitely stay again!

Nice cozy condo in Sandpiper Cove complex. Pictures and description were spot on. Wife and I spent most of a week there, found any items we could want. Nicely located central to Destin.Just a note on the complex, there is no pedestrian access outside of the main gate, so expect a 10-15 min walk or hop in the car to drive for all trips, even across the street.
