Enjoy your time sitting on the large screened in porch or around a campfire when not on the lake. Don't be surprised to see deer or turkeys with your morning coffee and hear the boats on the lake. Have a Mobile Home with 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 full, and queen couch bed). Kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, utensils, plates and cups. Also has Wifi, TV, AC, washer and dryer. Unit has bedding, bath and beach towels for your use.

Small to medium size dog friendly (Limit of two), but you will need to take them with you when not in home and clean up after them. Remodeled in 2022 with new kitchen appliances, cabinets, furnace/AC and bathroom.

Overall we thought that the property was phenomenal we are extremely happy with the screened-in porch in the back and spent many hours out there enjoying the peace and quiet. Everything on the inside was nice and clean and it was very well set up for us.

A clean, "no frills" mobile home near Cumberland River/Lake. It was just what we needed. Great location to see beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The owner was so helpful!

Perfect family getaway

This cozy little home made the perfect weekend getaway for our family of four. The screened in porch was our absolute favorite place to hang out. We ate dinner out here each night. Kitchen & laundry were well stocked. I have rented through VRBO many times and this was probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. Great location in the woods but all the amenities were close by. Grant was a pleasure to deal with & we are already talking about coming back in the summer.

Was no trouble at all . In constant contact with owners and they stay near by. Was on a soul mission to take my high school sweetheart to get rest and relax and mission accomplished.
