Book your next getaway at this newly remodeled second-floor condo. The open living area has a plush overstuffed couch (converts to sleeper sofa) and loveseat with bright throw pillows, made for lounging and watching TV. The adjacent dining area has seating for four, with two chairs and a bench to enjoy meals or games. There are three stools at the bar for additional seating. The full kitchen will meet your culinary needs with spacious granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony in the Bay breeze with a view of the pool and hot tub area. The guest room (BR1) has a Queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. This room has a sliding door for privacy from the living room. Venture to the master bedroom (BR2) which has a King bed, nightstands, TV, and chest for your beach attire. The shared bathroom is at the end of the hall with double vanities and a separate tub/shower area, perfect for more than one getting ready at once. The full-size washer and dryer are neatly tucked inside a closet in the bathroom. The master bedroom has a private access to the bathroom. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

A beautifully decorated unit that feels modern and casually “beachy”. The unit is better than pictured. The property is close to the ferry and just a short drive to the beach. The balcony overlooks the shared pool and has easy access to parking. Very happy with this booking!

We arrived super late, but were emailed our door code prior, so it was nice being able to show up and go straight in. Beautiful two bedroom one bath- very nicely renovated. Beds were super comfy as was the pull out sofa which is never the case. Great big pool. We will be back!

Perfect location

This property was near everything. It was managed by a local company that had all the accessories delivered to your door for the beach. It was not warm, but hey that wasn't their fault! We were happy with everything at the property. I will say there were a couple of communication gaps that would have made it a 5 star review, but overall very very pleased.

Property was well maintained and clean. Our rental was as described and we loved it! Loved the pool and hot tub! Only thing lacking in the furnishings was a pizza cutter in the kitchen. We would definitely return!
