The living room is comprised of a chair and a large modern couch which doubles as a sleeper sofa, made for relaxing and watching movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Catch up on work or post about your stay in Port A at the dedicated workspace with fast, upgraded Wi-Fi speeds in the living room. Try out your culinary skills in the full kitchen, furnished with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counter space, Duo Keurig/drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Savor your meals at the modern dining table with seating for four. There is additional bench seating at the bar. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while taking in the bay breeze. Venture in the master suite which contains a comfy King size bed, nightstands, closet access, dresser for your beach attire and wall-mounted TV. Everything was accessible from our location. Exceptionally clean. Having the golf cart included in our package made our trip a one stop experience with no hitches.

The condo was very nice! Only drawbacks were 1 towel for 2 adults and the cooking pans were rusty.

There was extra bedding to use for the pull out couch so that was nice.

Hideaway

The property was as described. We enjoyed our stay and the fishing was great as always. I appreciated the fact that there was a spot to park my boat directly across from the unit we stayed in. When speaking with the young lady at the office by phone, she seemed a little put off by the questions i asked about the property prior to our arrival. All in all, a great little hideaway.

Amazing property stay

This property was clean, updated, and just all around beautiful to look at. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver. The bed was feather top and o so comfy. It has a fold down couch that was perfect for my friend who stayed with me. Check in was easy and fast. You do it right from your phone. It was in a perfect spot. No neighbor noises. It was just perfect.

Clean well kept property

I received multiple messages prior to check in from the property management company with direct instructions for check in, which made the process very simple. The unit was clean and nicely decorated with enough space for myself, my husband and our two dogs. The complex provided doggie clean up bags, which is great to have just around the corner from the unit. The pool/hot tub area was also nice to have for the days we didn’t go to the beach. Overall it was a nice stay!

The place has been newly renovated. It is beautiful and clean. Management was responsive The only disappointment was the pool area was locked up and it was cool enough for same time in the hot tub. Could be plumbing issues scene it was just a few weeks after the big freeze, but there were no signs to indicate that.

Trip was nice. Check in was easy. But checkout seemed odd. Overly worried about people stealing Walmart brand dishes. Weird notes here and there. Have stayed different places past few years. Never seen weird notes. Even with people that had more expensive stuff.

Nice beach getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Tipsy Turtle. The condo was very clean, and everything was brand new and in perfect condition. We were glad to find an air mattress in addition to the pull-out couch, because the two kids were not excited about having to share a bed. It worked out perfectly for us! The only small bummer about the property was that the pool lacked any kind of shade. We ended up not having time to use it anyway, but may have made time if it had been more appealing. Aside from that, everything was just fabulous. Thanks for having us!

Great Getaway

Overall great pet friendly property. Our family loved our few days staying here and with the golf cart rental, we zoomed back and forth to be beach as restaurants as we pleased. The kitchen was roomy and stocked with all of the utensils we needed. The only negatives I have is the bathroom tub didn’t drain very well and the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable and could feel the bars through the mattress. Our teens managed to bear it but for an adult that’s not as resilient and has more aches and pains, this would be a problem. The main bed was pretty comfortable but it was very tall - which I had already known from other reviews and was ok with that. Someone else suggested a step stool and I agree that would have been nice. Overall - clean and cozy condo though and nicely decorated and furnished. I enjoyed sitting on the patio having my coffee each morning as well.

We arrived which we booked it way before and the ac was out.did not know they had a 24 hr maintenance. So I called next morning and took a hour for someone to come then they could not fix so had to call someone else.we we miserable all night plus part of 2nd day.no iron in unit and we were there for a wedding.had to borrow neighbors.tub was clogged. Blankets left in washer had to wash and dry them .no parking passes.i called and they only gave me a 67 dollar credit.I think we should have had a night comped.others I talked with had a few problems with there units and 1 lady got a night comped.and she had ac.other got 1/2 off there stay for there ac being out same amount of time ours was.

Awesome spot!

Tipsy Turtle was a perfect getaway for our little fam of 4. Comfy bed, cute decor, The condo complex is quiet with the nicest neighbors. We rented a golf cart and buzzed around Port A easily. Super fast & easy ride to the beach! Lots of bedding and extra pillows are available. Big spacious closet in the master. Only “complaint” is we’d love to have a broom and real vacuum available for little clean ups here and there. Bring your own K cups! Awesome spot, we can’t wait to come back!

We loved the location!! Next to a lot of great restaurants n very close to the beach!!

It was very nice n clean! Quiet community! The kitchen could have used more dishes. The condo only had four plates so we were constantly doing dishes! We were there for five days n only got two rolls off toilet paper
 floors should have been cleaned. If you were barefoot your feet were black on the bottom. 😂 but we were at a beach town! Completely enjoyed our stay!! The bed was extremely comfortable!! Very cute condo!! I will definitely be back!! Everyone was very nice!! Dog friendly! Which I loved ! Except for the people that were to lazy to pick up after their own dog!!

Overall satisfied. Needs a couple changes

We were generally happy with the place but a few changes are truly needed: 1.The main bed is so high that it is hard to get in/out. ADD step-stool on each side 2. Buy a good mattress for the sofa bed. It is horribly thin and miserable 3. Equip the condo with the things you have listed. So many items were missing ex: iron/ironing board 4. Add soap bars, laundry detergent packets, etc for convenience

good property experience, bad property management experience

Everything about the property was very comfortable except the bed. It was extremely high off the floor making it very difficult for me (6'2") to climb in bed, much less my wife who has Parkinsons. The property management communication was the worst we've experienced when renting a vacation place. I continued to get cutesy little text messages our entire stay, interrupting my fishing, napping, eating dinner, and reading my Kindle. Consider the following approach to improve your communication service. When you send your customer their receipt for final payment a day or two before the reservation starts: include the following with that final payment receipt: (1) the front door code for the unit, (2) all check-in instructions, (3) all while-you-are-there instructions, and (4) all check-out instructions.
