This house was perfect! Gretchen was fast in communication and explained everything we needed to know regarding check in and check out as well as following up during our stay to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions or issues. The house was spotless, so clean. The neighborhood was quiet and of course the weather was perfect. We will definitely check availability of this location next time we're in the valley.

Very clean condo, great location

Condo is very clean. The location is awesome. Steps from the pool (although unheated), close to many restaurants and shopping, walking distance to a gym. Best suited for a couple or two couples staying together. With kids it was challenging to have to pull out the sofa sleeper every night. Gretchen, the host was very accommodating and checked in on us through VRBO app. My husband was disappointed Ihere was no television in the main bedroom, but the only wall available is a side wall. Perhaps a swing mount for a TV would solve the problem? Really enjoyed our stay here nonetheless. Snacks upon arrival and a welcome note were extra special touches. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that the condo has a musty smell. I do believe this is perhaps, because it is very dark in there, and most people probably rarely open windows. Nonetheless a five star review.

Amazing Stay

This was our first trip as a family and the home, neighbors, neighborhood and hosts were spectacular. The house was welcoming and very clean. The neighbors were extremely nice and talkative. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The guide book they put together was extremely useful and nice :) and the little basket of goodies on the table was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this townhome to anyone and would absolutely book again on our next trip.

Perfect place in Chandler

We had a great experience for our first month long stay in Arizona! Very clean, well equipped kitchen, lovely patio and quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive. We will be back!

A quiet haven in a busy city!

Absolutely wonderful condo in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen, very private patio, comfortable living area, two spacious bedrooms and a wonderful pool 30 seconds from the front door! What else could you need? Nothing. Hosts were very responsive to a small hiccup with a garage door remote. Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thank you!!

Perfect!!

We felt this was like home. When these hosts ask travels to let them know if anything is needed they truly are sincere. We had an accident and wanted them to know and they were so gracious. They came to our rental home and were so kind. The home itself is very private and my brother and his wife drove from Texas to spend 6 nights with us. It easily handles two couples. So if you are looking for kind hosts, very clean home and little touches that speak of a sincere desire to make your visit worthy of the time and search it took to land on their Vrbo site, this is your chance to find all is covered. Enjoy!!

Excellent location

Great location, home had everything needed for visit with the exception of cable tv for the guys to watch their sports . Owners were very quick to respond and would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Place to Stay!

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything setup and organized very well and clean and neat. Loved having the garage since I brought my golf clubs and rented a bike. Nice having canal trail close by to ride even though I rode other trails in the area as well. Great location in north Chandler to visit Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, etc. Quiet area though a couple of nights a few of the neighborhood cats were making a little fuss....more funny than anything. Private patio was nice too. Gretchen and Dave were quick to communicate regarding any questions. Definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again.

Charming in chandler

We had a wonderful time, the property was excellent, we cooked and grilled and the kitchen was outfitted well. Memory foam mattresses, big tv, big bathrooms. Loved it, and highly recommend.

Fantastic!

This property was in impeccable condition! Everything we needed was there. It's in a modern and quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool nearby is beautiful. The owners were A+++. They live nearby, so can be easily contacted if needed. We stayed for seven weeks, but had no need to call them. We highly recommend this place. Thank You Gretchen and Dave!

Peaceful & Comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay! This townhouse located in a quiet and quaint neighborhood. Great amenities throughout the house. Kitchen well outfitted . Bedrooms very comfortable and clean. Wonderful attention to detail. Gretchen does not miss a thing. She is a gracious host. She made our stay welcoming. We highly recommend it!

We love this neighborhood for it's quiet setting and great location. This particular unit is nicely situated in the complex with north/south exposure and close proximity to the community pool and canal.
