Cette maison entièrement meublée et joliment aménagée est disponible pour une occupation à court ou à long terme avec un minimum de 6 nuits / 7 jours.

La maison est une maison de plain-pied avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Chacune des chambres peut accueillir 2 personnes avec un lit king size dans les lits maitre et queen dans la chambre d'amis. La suite principale dispose d'un dressing et d'une douche à l'italienne. La chambre d'invité a un grand placard et la salle de bain d'invité a une baignoire / douche. Le canapé-lit dans le salon peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires.

Beaucoup de place pour recevoir avec une table pour 4 personnes dans la salle à manger (la feuille se déploie pour accueillir 6-8 personnes confortablement) avec une table supplémentaire pour 4 personnes dans le coin petit-déjeuner donnant sur le parcours de golf.

Le vaste patio offre 70 pieds de façade de terrain de golf et des vues incroyables!

This is a very comfortable two bedroom home. We loved to sit out on the patio. It faced east so we were able to use it all afternoon and evening. We are golfers so the location was ideal. I recommend this property.

There was some question with pricing and charges, which the manager Laura explained and took care of. Easy check in and departure instructions. Beautiful outdoor view.

Great Stay

This place worked great for our needs, very close to a friend we were visiting. Clean, comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us. Actually wish we could have spent more time there relaxing, but were on the go doing things with our friend and his family. Would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to others.

Lots of cords, lots of lamps, lots of clocks, lots of rugs. Back patio door didn’t lock. Needs a good DEEP clean. Bed was comfy - we brought our own pillows. Good water pressure, although the on/off valve needed adjustment. Didn’t use second bedroom, but second bath had lots of mold on tub. Would not be our choice to stay again.

Perfect Comforting Home for Family Vacay

quiet little house

This was a great little house for our family in a quiet little end court street that backed up to a golf course. It had easy access to everything we wanted to do in Mesa, Scottsdale, and Phoenix.

Peaceful

Staying at this property was peaceful. Watching golfers in the morning, lounging around, whatever we wanted to do at the house we were able to do. Plenty of room for kids to run around. Definitely would rent again.

Suited our need

Great location, close to all we needed for the family wedding we were attending. Nothing "fancy" about this place but had all the necessities. In need of update and decluttering in my opinion but as we spent very little time in the home we didn't mind.

The house was not very clean, the dishes needed rewashing, the back screen doors had holes in them and one side was off track. The guest bedroom door was stuck open, the carpet was dirty in places. Our property manager was very helpful and had new screens put in and fixed the tracks.
