This Beautiful 1 bed condo has a Sunset Ocean View and is perfectly located in the heart of Kona! The kitchen is brand new, and the bathroom has a new walk in shower. You will love the short walking distance to all that Kona has to offer. Walk across the street to beaches, snorkeling spots, restaurants, bars, shops, historical landmarks. You will love having coffee in the morning and listening to the waves from the Oversized Lanai that overlooks Ali'i Drive and the Pacific Ocean. The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need for your Hawaiian Holiday. You will enjoy the Pool, BBQ Grill Deck, A/C, Washer & Dryer, Furnished Kitchen, Snorkel Gear, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, WIFI. There is also parking under the building. Condo sleeps up to 4 people, with a King Bed & Sofa Bed.

This place was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need from beach towels to sunscreen. The host provided us with recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He booked several outings for us during our stay. The lanai was beautiful with partial ocean views. Would definitely stay here again.Gloria K

Kris and Tiffany were awesome!! The condo was close to beaches and shops as well as dinning. Kris was helpful with suggestions on excursions and offered to help book them for us. Communication was easy and response time was quick. Recommend this condo and Kris to anyone who wants a great experience.

What a comfortable place. It’s roomy with a large patio too. Lots of amenities, coffee & filtered water. The washer and dryer are nice. It’s walking distance to all the shops and great restaurants. There’s even a small beach you can walk to. Try Papa Kona’s great views and awesome bartender. We had beautiful sunset dinner at Kai’s. Will definitely be back! Kris is a great host. Is quick to respond with any questions.

The bed was comfy, and the unit was as advertised. The host responded to messages immediately. I really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings, music from a nearby cafe could be heard.

Nice place to stay

Our family liked the homely atmosphere. Spacious condo with all necessary amenities. The property manager was very helpful when we misread the instructions for checkin and had to call them. They were very patient and made sure we were able to get in.

Not really an ocean view, but close; and conveniently in the central part of Kona. Challenging to find in the dark when it's raining though! Wish I'd done a step by step to the parking garage.

Overall the condo was nice with lots of amenities plus was in great tourist area. There was a little confusion, on my part, with getting in but the host was quick to respond with assistance. I did recommend having a map of the condo property available because was challenge to locate the pool.

Comfortable stay, great host and easy walking around old Kona

Property was comfortable. Appreciated the beach chairs and towels and tips on snorkeling. Even if you do not wish to see historic Kona, the drives to beaches, National Parks, Costco and Walmart are short distances. Preferred our days on Big Island west coast, as compared to Oahu. Do not forget a drive to Volcano NP, only a few hours away. Thanks Kris for your hospitality!

Home Away From Home

We loved this perfect “Home Away From Home” condo. The Pacific Ocean directly across the front street Ali’i Drive and the location is exactly situated within minutes walking to everything. The secured parking was a bonus and hassle free. What we loved most was the condo had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets and beach gear too!!
