*REMODELED NOVEMBER 2024*Park Shore Resort has all the amenities you could want with an on-site restaurant, Heated Pool, Hot tub, covered picnic area BBQ grills, Basketball, Tennis & Pickleball courts & Exercise room . Right in the middle of Naples walking distance to numerous Restaurants & Shops within minutes to the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and of course Naples`s Famous Beaches, a peaceful and centrally-located place.

**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**

There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.

Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.

The resort`s prime location West of Hwy.41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS – Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.

The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.

Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.

We only had unit for 2 days and got there late the first day. So we really didn't spend much time at resort. We may return for longer stay at a later date.

Great place to stay

Close to everything in Naples. The resort was good. There is construction going on in the resort. The on-site food at Hogfish Harry’s was really good.

Well stocked, spacious and accommodating

Josh's condo surpassed my expectations, right down to the dish of mini candy bars on the kitchen counter. I wasn't a business or vacation traveler but instead had been displaced from my home by Hurricane Ian, and was pleased that there was a washer/dryer and supplies. I also appreciated that I could park right outside the door, and Josh was gracious when I had a storm-related request that exceeded my checkout time. The front-desk staff was equally accommodating about letting me use a computer and printer. Park Shore Resort exemplifies Old Florida hospitality.

Nice place

Needs a little updating.No closet in second bedroom.No TV in master.Good place for just the 2 of us.Restaurant was a very pleasant surprise.Would definitely return when visiting the Naples area.

Nice property with very friendly staff. Pool was great, temperature just right. Condo was nice but lanai furniture was falling apart and definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for 2 couples

We had a wonderful, quiet, and relaxing time! The condo was clean, and spacious! The lanai was great for sitting and drinking coffee in the morning! The pool and the grounds were beautiful! Nice walking trail with a couple of waterfalls! Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend Success

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for simple meals/snacks. The beach chairs were a nice touch! Park Shore is in the perfect location to quickly get to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The one suggestion worth mentioning is to update the mattresses in each room. This is a place I would rent on a return trip to Naples. Thank you!

Great location

Property was landscaped beautifully, the restaurant and pool on property were excellent. Overall stay was good, nice view from the porch. The room was clean, however the furniture was dated, as the beds and bedding were not the most comfortable and the outdoor furniture was falling apart, but for the value and location, it was good.

Great spring break

We enjoyed this unit very much. Our kids are 19, 16, & 13 and we fit fine. Two kids shared the bedroom and our oldest slept on the pullout couch. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys available. The resort itself has a great grilling area and pool. The bathrooms were a little tight but it worked for the week. There is also shopping Publix and Walgreens as well as restaurants within a block. There is a beach about a mile away. We did walk it twice. It actually is a good beach to go to because it was not as busy and there was parking available unlike the more popular beaches. You do have to drive to downtown but it’s an easy drive. Naples is a great place to go with your family and this is a great unit to stay in.

Grand getaway

We loved our stay at Park Shore resort! This little community condo was perfect for 2 couples! Step out onto the screen porch for a beautiful Fountain view with ducks and birds! The space was clean and all we needed for the weekend! Pool was very nice and also heated it was nice having beach chairs and umbrella provided at the condo to take to the beach for the day! Would definitely stay here again.
