The house itself has four bedrooms and four full bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower and a new 220 EV charger.) The backyard, an oasis all on its own, is a sanctuary complete with two large patio areas and fire pit. There is an outdoor grill, and dining table on the pergola with seating for eight, and the community park (open to the public) with tennis, basketball and a playground is a three minute walk from the house. The bike path is at the end of the street. Fuller Beach is 1.6 miles from the house, and South beach is a ten minute bike ride.

The beds are all incredibly comfortable, and each bedroom is equipped with its own mini-split (AC and heat.) All bedding and pillows are hypo-allergenic.
