Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 4 TVs, 3 DVDs, Blu-ray, Keurig, Wifi.

June at the beach

Our 3 bedroom unit in the tower was perfect for my wife and me, and our son & his family. The view of the beach and ocean from the 5th floor was great.

Enjoyable stay!!

This is a very nice condo. Great view of the ocean. We liked the furniture on the balcony. We were a group of three so we each had our own bedroom. The space was very pleasant and comfortable. The beach area was spacious. We very much enjoyed Bethany Beach Boardwalk and explored the many other beaches and shops in the area.

Comfortable for a family. Well maintained. - you can tell the owners care. Good amenities Great ocean view. Our kids have always complained about the bathrooms in units we have rented at Sea Colony and they did not complain about the bathrooms in this unit!

You get what you pay for

This was my third visit to this condo in Bethany Beach. I do really love it. It's clean, it's comfortable, plenty of space, good amenities, and a view that can't be beat. But I am reaching the point of not being able to afford it again, which is a shame. I hope I'll be back.

Checkin process very smooth. Condo is nicely maintained and mostly clean. A few items were left behind by past guests so questioned how thorough it was cleaned. Overall, it was very nice.

The condo was right on the beach and clean but very limited kitchen, only one towel given per person and one roll of TP. We have stayed at this complex many times and this unit was not as nice or well stocked as others.

Short stay in June

Property was clean, beautiful view and nicely decorated. One small negative...towels were thin and not absorbent. Other than that the property was perfect for our 3 night getaway. We did have a 2 year old with us and the rails on the balcony are far apart enough so that she could have squeezed through. I noticed that some of the other properties had a mesh kind of material around railing to avoid that danger. Seemed like a great idea. All in all a wonderful trip.

Great spot, we love the location, beach, pools and central to lots of beautiful nature. The unit was updated and kitchen stocked with all you need. We plan to be back next year!

Beautiful but Filthy

Beautiful unit but downright filthy. I don’t think it was even entered by Housekeeping after the former renters left. The floors were dirty with big dust bunnies everywhere, the bathrooms were disgusting with clumps of hair in the drains, and the kitchen was the worst; there were actual rotten onions in the refrigerator’s produce drawer. I sent pictures to Vacasa when we checked in but never heard back. I didn’t bother following up because we were there only a week and the phone wait times were long. We are longtime Vacasa clients but plan to rent through someone else next year.

Spacious, comfy and great sunrise view. Enough room for a family with separate rooms for teens. Condo equipped with full kitchen, laundry, books, games and more. Appreciated the little touches like night lights, extension cords and liquid hand soap in baths. Kitchen was well-equipped though needs kitchen linens. Comfy living space with great decor. Bummer that indoor hot tub is 18+ only and pool closes twice daily for adult swim (18 and under must leave).
