Agréable et bien situé

Le logement était trÚs confortable et trÚs bien équipé. Nous avons malencontreusement oublié notre clé à l'intérieur et Houcine a été trÚs réactif pour nous aider à avoir de nouveau accÚs à l'appartement. Merci!

Apartment had everything we needed for a week in Paris. Very easy check in instructions and we loved the neighborhood. So many cute bars, bakeries, and restaurants near by. Host was very communicative and clear! Would definitely come back.

Mixed! the owner it on the heating in advance the apartment was as described - the owner FAILED to tell us the building was a building site with sacks of rubble dust torn floor covering, no light in the entrance - mice and a strong smell of sewage in the apartment - problems with the TV etc which the owner failed to reply to messages Book again? NO!

We loved our stay in this apartment. It was small but cozy and we had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. We loved that the subway was so close and the location was walkable to canal st martin restaurants and shops as well as Belleville. On our last night we had dinner at the restaurant across the street Les Acolytes - and really enjoyed it. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Die Wohnung liegt gut erreichbar in einem netten Viertel von Paris. Es ist alles vorhanden, was fĂŒr einen schönen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist.Die Umgebung ist nicht „still“ aber echt und man taucht in das originale Paris ein, nicht in das fĂŒr Touristen.Viele nette Lokale in der Umgebung.

Great location

Great location with good restaurants around, easy to get to via metro from various parts of Paris. Black out shades did great when sleeping in and to keep the apartment slightly cooler on hot days. Comfortable apartment for 2 to sleep at if you will be out and enjoying the city but did get stuffy through out the day. Loved the apt windows (very French) and the bookshelf in the wall when entering the bedroom.

This was the perfect spot for our stay. It is a great location, very close to the two metro stops and a nice walk to the Canal St. Martin. We had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive. A few reasons I didn't give it 5 stars - there is a cafe across the street that was open late and rather loud. There is no a/c in the flat, which is fine - the fan providerd was great - but we needed to keep the window open to stay cool. Also, our flight arrived a few hours earlier than check in and the hosts were very accommodating about letting us check in early, but despite telling them twice that we'd be a few hours early, the apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived so we needed to wait another hour or so. Finally, the electronic lock to get into the building was not working one night. Fortunately, someone else who lives in the building was also trying to get in but as it was a weekend, no one was responding to her calls. Eventually they were able to reach another resident who opened the door from the inside. I'm assuming this was a very rare occasion (although the person who was locked out said it had happened to her the night before as well) and I believe it was connected to the construction being done outside, but Houcine was very responsive when I let them know about the problem. I just don't know what we would have done if there was no one else outside to help with the issue. I would still stay here again though - great spot!

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need

The apartment is in a fun neighborhood with street cafes and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave and a toaster oven. Access was easy and the host let us check in early.

We really enjoyed our stay overall, but we could not sleep with the windows open because there were three bars right outside. With the windows closed it was fine.

Leuke plek!

Buurt is in ontwikkeling, maar dichtbij fietsen, metro en horeca. Appartement is prima: vooral de bedden zijn goed. Badkamer is wat in verval, maar ook prima douchen. Contact met eigenaar verliep uitstekend! Al met al: uitstekende plek om Parijs te verkennen.

Klein, gezellig appartement met alles wat he nodig hebt

Woonkamer/ keuken en aparte slaapkamer en badkamer. Beide kamers met grote ramen naar een gezellige straat met cafés waar het s avonds buiten erg gezellig is. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig terwijl het toch ruimtelijk oogde. Metro Concourt is dichtbij. Veel leuke lokale restaurantjes en een ovenverse bakker om de hoek. Entree oud met bijzondere trap .
