Beautiful Heated Pool- Family House

A beautiful family-friendly neighborhood right between historic downtown St. Augustine (1 mile) and the Atlantic Ocean at Anastasia Island State Park Beach (2 miles). Comfortable family home with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house comes complete with a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. High-speed wifi included. Wonderful fenced backyard with loungers, seating area, and heated pool! There is also a chimenea for backyard fires on chilly nights and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the sand from the beach. For your information, there are motion-activated security cameras on the outside of the house covering the front of the property and the driveway.

Perfect family house

The pool and location were wonderful. The owner had everything! So it was nice to be able to have the kids and enjoy adult time too! Will definitely stay there again!!

Jam Packed Family Vacay

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early to avoid 4th of July traffic. We were able to watch fireworks from the outside pool. The house was big enough for all of us to have plenty of space and in a great location, so close to town and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice home!

Very nice, clean home. Fully stocked with everything needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and even had plenty of beach towels. Just a 3 minute drive to the beach. The pool was where most of our time at the home was spent. It was a great place to stay!

Happy Times!

This property located a very short distance from the beaches and the downtown area. The house was very comfortable with four couples staying there. The pool is the bonus!! We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and catching up with one another.

What a great stay!

We took our family of 5 on a short spring break trip. We wanted a pool and easy access to the beaches AND shops of St Augustine. This was a very nice and extra roomy house that worked perfectly for us. The hosts were awesome and the house was very clean. We had everything we needed.
