Gray Cottage provides the perfect beach getaway for a family vacation. One block from family friendly Lewes Bay and a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and ice cream, our house sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms, a sunny deck, outdoor shower, and a fenced back yard. Comfort is key with air conditioning, and wireless internet as well as six Roku TV's. Two full baths accommodate our guests. Updated furnishings make this one of the coziest cottages at the beach with an outstanding location close to town. (we ask that our guests bring their own sheets and towels)

This is our third year staying at Grey Cottage and it never disappoints! The house is well set-up for families, a perfect location, and has all the amenities you could need. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. Very family friendly. Wish I had found this house years sooner when my granddaughters were babies. The cottage is big enough for all of us. We all love that we can eat together at the dining room table. We’ve been looking for a house that works for us, I think we’ve found it.

Our second year at the Gray Cottage was as great as the first. This is a wonderful place for families to stay. Very close to the bay beach and near enough to the town center to enjoy the great restaurants. The cottage is well appointed and always clean. Check-in and check out could not be easier and communication with our hosts is a breeze. Hoping to go back again in 26'.

Very nice spaces. Very conducive to our group. The space was safe for the kiddles to run around (except for the sharp-cornered tables, but we put bumpers on these). Good appliances, nice workspace in the kitchen. Great dishwasher.

Great, comfortable house.

My family stayed there over Thanksgiving to be near our home in Lewes. It was cozy with plenty of space for everyone. It was very clean and well appointed with everything they needed.

Great place near the beach.

Great place to stay near the bay. Short drive over to Rehoboth or Dewey if that’s your scene. Nice quiet neighborhood in a historic town. Lots of trails and bike paths, very short walk to the bay. House was better than advertised and lots of room for 4 adults and 5 kids.

Charming Property

We loved our stay in this home. The location was perfect, there was plenty of space, everything was clean, beautiful and just charming. There were thoughtful extras like stacks of board games, toys for the kids, and extra blankets. We would love to return again!
