Gray Cottage provides the perfect beach getaway for a family vacation. One block from family friendly Lewes Bay and a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and ice cream, our house sleeps 10 with 5 bedrooms, a sunny deck, outdoor shower, and a fenced back yard. Comfort is key with air conditioning, and wireless internet as well as six Roku TV's. Two full baths accommodate our guests. Updated furnishings make this one of the coziest cottages at the beach with an outstanding location close to town. (we ask that our guests bring their own sheets and towels)

Very nice house, excellent location close to the beach, and very nice and responsive owner. We vacation in Lewes Beach every summer and this year we had to look for a different rental and we are all very happy with this one and will book it again for future years.

The cottage was close to Lewes beach, very clean, and so spacious. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed that there were multiple sitting areas with plenty of comfy seating so our family could spread out and relax.

This is always one of the best VRBO experiences we have. This place is amazing for our family of 6 to stay at. And room for more if needed. Location is the best. Steps from the bay beach and a short walk to town. And they keep improving it. The work in the kitchen and bath made it even better.

Our second year at the Gray Cottage was as great as the first. This is a wonderful place for families to stay. Very close to the bay beach and near enough to the town center to enjoy the great restaurants. The cottage is well appointed and always clean. Check-in and check out could not be easier and communication with our hosts is a breeze. Hoping to go back again in 26'.

Great, comfortable house.

We had a wonderful stay. Very family friendly. Wish I had found this house years sooner when my granddaughters were babies. The cottage is big enough for all of us. We all love that we can eat together at the dining room table. We’ve been looking for a house that works for us, I think we’ve found it.
