The Space:

Experience outdoor living at its finest at Blue Mountain View in Blue Mountain Beach! Nestled on a quiet street right off of 30A and just steps from the beach, the location can’t be beat. With outdoor decks, a private pool, and plenty of space for everyone to spread out, you’ll be in vacation mode in no time!



Blue Mountain View is a gorgeous home with four bedrooms and four baths accommodating up to 12. You’ll find everything about this home appealing, from the open-concept floor plan and cozy furnishings to the floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the natural surroundings. Indoor and outdoor areas merge in purposefully designed spaces meant for hosting a crowd indoors as well as out.



Prepare snacks and meals in the beautiful, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a wine cooler, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The dining room table is large enough for everyone to convene with extra seating nearby! Gather together on comfy sofas in the living room for a movie, then retire to the grand master bedroom with a king-sized bed or one of two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds. The kids will love the bunk room, complete with a double bunk, two twin bunks, and a flat-screen TV, and you’ll love the washer and dryer, conveniently located nearby and ready to prep items for the next day’s adventures. With multiple decks throughout the home, enjoy the views together or take them in separately; it’s totally your call!



Take a dip in the pool and catch some rays in lounge chairs on the deck. You’ll find a lovely outdoor couch and flat-screen TV in a shaded nook, perfect for an afternoon catnap. Grill the day’s catch and dine poolside, then move to the upper deck to catch the sun as it sets over the Gulf of Mexico.



Take an evening stroll along the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, then grab a meal at Blue Mable Smokehouse and Provisions, followed by homemade ice cream at the Blue Mountain Creamery. Explore the nearby communities of Seaside and Grayton Beach for a fun-filled vacay you’ll remember forever!



Because we want you to enjoy your stay, we’ve added an OK2Charge EV charger. Before your stay, you will receive an activation email to register for the service or simply scan the QR code on the face of the charger when you arrive.



Requests for pool heating must be submitted a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
