Great condo, well stocked with just about everything you need for a week at the beach and it’s as close as you can get to the beach on that side of the beach. The ocean view was very limited and you had to stretch to see water and you can’t beat the walk to town we never moved the car.

First time to Folly Beach & we couldn’t have found a better place. Steps to the beach, steps to all the restaurants, shops & pier. Charleston City Market was only 25 mins - perfect for our ‘shopping & sight-seeing’ day. It was truly the best 4 days. The condo was perfect for us, 3 couples, each with their own private bath. All the essentials, cook & glassware you would need. Relaxing on the patio, hearing the ocean & music from town each evening was wonderful. We’ll be back!

Our first trip to Folly Beach was awesome! We arrived to a great and clean place to stay. Any food or store was in walking distance. You can see the ocean and it’s just a walk across the road to get there!

Great location, central to everything Folly Beach! The unit was just as described, roomy and comfortable. We had plenty of space with 5 people in the condo and no parking issues. Literally this was a 2 minute walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the renters beside us had children running through their condo continuously, but it's the beach and I guess they were excited! We will definitely rent here again

Excellent property right off the beach. Easy walk to anything you want access in Folly Beach. This unit was clean, very well outfitted, and quiet. I absolutely recommend.

The setup was perfect for our group. We spent alot of time enjoying the patio! We appreciated the central location and walkability to the venues. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Folly Beach! The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and so great to have 2 parking spaces.

Can’t beat the location!!

A group of us stayed here for our friends wedding at Folly Beach. The property was super clean, easy to access, and close to all the bars and restaurants! The private parking was a bonus too as we decided to rent a car last minute. Everything was great and we will definitely be back!

Spotless condo. Everything you need is there. Beautiful place! Parked the car and walked to everything. Folly Beach is an ‘ol school beach town. Very simple, people were nice, bartenders and waitresses friendly and welcoming. Great getaway all around.

Spring Break

We stayed for 6 nights! Location was perfect, condo had everything we needed and was clean! Parking was very convenient and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops with ease. Check in process was smooth. Definitely would stay next time back in the area!
