Charming two bedroom, two bath home located an easy stroll to the Main Street. Newly renovated with designer touches and amazing attention to detail throughout. The master bedroom has a sofa sitting area for curling up with a book. The small atrium brings light to the main room and is a cozy spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Colorful glassware, sunny backyard, gorgeous artwork. Enjoy all that Murphys has to offer... and then walk back to your own little sanctuary.

Located in a tri-plex just an "acorn's throw" from the Murphys Pour House.

Wine Weekend

Property was easy to find. Easy access. Very roomy. Very cool back area. Even in triplex, very quiet and felt private.Short walk to a charming downtown, filled with shops and tasting rooms. Highly recommend!

Chillaxing Stay in Murphy

Lucky Acorn property was centrally located to the quaint historical town of Murphy. The property was beautifully decorated and abundant with all genres of books and all kitchen amenities one could desire! Our family of three enjoyed cross country skiing in Bear Valley and goods eats in the town. Definitely a great place to chill and relax!! 😊

Little Acorn

Little Acorn was a perfect spot for our day and evening at the Ironstone Amphitheater. The house is as pictured in the photos online. Its was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was walking distance to main street and in a cute little neighborhood. Would recommend it for a stay in Murphys.

Wonderful foothills retreat

The Lucky Acorn is a really well-thought out retreat in the foothills, excellent property, brilliantly curated and very comfortable, everything you'll need is provided, spotlessly clean. A very short walk to Main Street Murphy's and all its delights makes it's location perfect. Communications are excellent as well as guest instructions. Highly recommended, I wish other hosts could follow their lead in the simplicity of interaction, communications and instructions.

Perfect Sierra getaway

Such a lovely and well stocked home. We truly wanted for nothing. Very comfortable and well decorated. Only a block from Murphy’s Main Street and numerous restaurants, shops, tasting rooms. Murphy’s was also a GREAT location for multiple day trips. Would definitely stay at the Lucky Acorn again.

Lucky Acorn is a wonderful stay!

Adorable home in the ideal location for a girls weekend. Great outside area to enjoy prior to heading into town for dinner. Beds were comfortable and everything was very inviting at the lucky acorn. Little details all over incorporates the acorn theme. We were able to walk to town in three minutes. A wonderful place to stay and we are looking forward to coming back again.

Close to Main Street

House was nice, we specifically picked it for its proximity to main street, which is about a 1/4 mile walk. House cleaners were still there when we arrived well after check in time, but it wasn’t a big deal. Otherwise, house was comfortable and well stocked with what we needed!

Adorable house with everything you could possibly need!

Great stay! The only drawback was the neighbor blasting her TV at 1am on the other side of our bedroom wall but our property manager handled it perfectly and they turned it off so we could sleep.

Beautiful and Convenient Home

What a beautiful and comfortable home. The library in the living room is absolutely fantastic for early birds such as myself. You really can't ask for a more convenient location to enjoy downtown Murphy's, then slip away from the crowds to the peaceful backyard. Great kitchen, very comfortable beds. Looking forward to my next stay.

Perfect girls wine weekend

Perfect property for a girls weekend away. It was centrally located allowing for a quick drive to local vineyards and a quick walk to the tasting rooms on Main St. the property was very clean and nicely decorated. The pictures online are very accurate. The kitchen was well equipped. We were delightfully surprised to find a pizza stone which worked perfectly for the dough we brought for a pizza night. The property manager was very responsive and quickly resolved a few very minor things that we reported only as a courtesy for the next guests. We hope to be back some day soon but in the meantime we will send friends! Don’t hesitate, just book this gem!

Beautiful house, nice location

It was a tastefully decorated, beautiful house; my family had a great time. The location was convenient too - a short walk from Murphys downtown, and about an hour from ski resorts.
