Wake up to a sweeping view of the sunrise from the master bedroom or enjoying entertaining on the deck for sunset. A two minute drive from downtown Murphys. Now has a Level 2 Ev Charger in the garage!
Midweek (Sun-Thurs) $285
Weekend (Fri-Sat) $310.
2 night minimum on weekends. 3 night minimum major holidays.
Nonrefundable cleaning fee $150. 12% tax.

The house was in a good location with a great patio for relaxing. Instructions were easy and property manager communicated well. Would stay again.

This home is absolutely lovely! Comfortable & clean. Organized & well appointed. Everything we needed for our short get away. The host provides a binder or things to do & is very clear on any house rules (which were very reasonable asks!). We felt very welcome and comfortable

Weekend in Murphy's

We had a wonderful stay in Murphy's at the Tree View. The house was very clean and well located. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! We would stay again.

Excellent Get-Away

This property is beautiful! The home is perfectly situated for awesome views and the interior is exquisitly appointed and the deck is set for perfect relaxation. We were here to celebrate our 39th anniversary and to attend a concert at the ampitheater. The distance from the ampitheater and to downtown Murphys made everything easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and spacious accommodation

Plenty of space including kitchen area; enjoyable hillside views and near downtown strip. Main deck is great, especially at breakfast, but put out some citronella candles around dusk time. Only other suggestion is for luggage racks in upstairs/downstairs bedrooms.

Absolute Perfection

This property is absolutely stunning. It was meticulously clean (cleaner than anywhere we've every stayed, hands down), beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and just perfect in every way. It exceeded our expectations! The owners clearly put a lot of love into this home and it shows. The property manager was also super friendly and helpful. We are so happy to have found this amazing place!

Wonderful house

Everything was great about the house and a perfect place for our group to spend the holiday weekend. The layout was really good for a group. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, baking sheets, and utensils needed if you like to cook. Murphys is a charming and quante town. Great weekend overall!

A home away from home!

Property was very comfortable and super clean. Great location close to a very cool downtown area full of little shops, wine tasting, ice cream and bookstore. A very short drive up to the mountains for some snow play with the kids. Will definitely stay again. Kitchen is well equipped. Just like our home away from home. ! Highly recommend.!

Perfect

We had a great Christmas with my family at the house in the trees. They set a tree up for us even though we had our own it was a great space. Location is a quick drive to Murphy’s, spacious deck, great view and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen also had all the essentials, the only thing I would recommend would be a grease splatter. I highly recommend this rental.

Very nice home

Lovely home with a great layout for multiple couples as it offers privacy, space and convenience. Easy to find location with onsite parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

A Beautiful Getaway

This house is a treasure. It is obviously loved and has been well taken care of. It was very clean. The bathrooms had a nice assortment of soap, shampoo and other accoutrements. The kitchen was well appointed with quality pots, pans and utensils. The beds were comfortable and the view from all of the front windows was magnificent. This is a great place and I would return in a heartbeat.
